They called me telling me about a grant for personal or school ECT was free and I qualify they only need my card for transfer they took the 5.87 and I never got the 6,000 grant then tryed to take 59.00 out why are they calling acting like they want to help but are fraud really needs to be investigated I had 2 pending charge but non was money that they promised so sad had to send for new card smh they even gave me fake conformation number

I was called around 2pm by David a customer rep or whoever he was and he told me I qualified for free Government funding for housing school or whatever it was needed for and he asked me my info and told me I'd receive paperwork in the mail for the funds to be resolved if questioned by anyone. I talked to his supervisor and she told me if I paid 6.00 for the cover fee I'd receive the money to my debit card in 3 to 5 days or 24 hours at least. So I tried to call back and another person picked up which wasn't the number that I was called from. I'm distraught bout this situation and wish to have it remedied as soon as possible and all charges canceled immediately.

I don't know how you got my information but you took out 19.99 out if my account which I did not authorize

This company called me told me they worked for the Treasury dept and I had been accepted for 6800 grant. They didn't need acct info just my debit card number to transfer funds. I didn't have to spend a dime to get my money just needed a six dollar balance. Next thing I know they're trying to take money out of my account. They lied about who they were they lied about taking $. I have blocked them at my bank and I will be pursuing this further. Fraud and theft are not ok with me.

I was called by a person that told my son that I was going to receive a grant from the government and I would like to get my money placed back on my card he was given a fake confirmation number

I have been looking for grant money, so when I go this call out of the blue I knew it was a gift from above. This person Sheldon Anderson ( badge number 3228505) told me I should receive my money in 24hrs after they verify my account. They do that by make a withdrawal of $5.87 that would be refunded when my grant is deposited. I, too, was promised almost $7K for free since it is a grant. It has been has been 9 days. The only thing I noticed is 3 more unexplained withdrawal that came from this company. Run...they are scammers! Now I have to go through my bank to get my debit card switched out

Called me as if responding from Grantmakers and writers that I have seeking. The female representative with an accent stated she needed a card number to place the grant money when granted. So, I gave my cash app card number and $19.99 was taken from my account.

I was told that I was receiving a grant from u all. It was a personal grant to make bill payments. I was asked for all my info plus my email address for info to be sent to me. My bank let me know bout the amount that's been taking from me. Very upset want my money replaced immediately

For two months I noticed they have been taking 59.95 from my bank without my authorization! I'm on disability and they need to refund me! They also need taking out 5.99 twice a month! This is unethical! I want my money back before I report them to the BBB!

This company called me. They knew my name address and telephone number and said the government was trying to send me $4, 200 and all they needed was a card for they could deposit the money. Representative of the company stated that the government owes me this money and was trying to send it to me. It was not supposed to cost me anything and they said that multiple times. However today I found a charge on my account from this company in the amount of $19.99. I want my money back. This is a scam. Thank you.

Unauthorized use of my debit card has been used to charge my account for services that I am not aware of nor did I authorize. The debit card number was acquire via fraud. Stop all charges at once.

I was told that I would receive $6000 in grant money all o had to do was make sure that I had $6 in my account and that I would receive the money by midnight, still haven't received it and they took $60 out of my bank account. I'm on disability I can't afford for that kind of money to come out without my authorization
