US Salon Supply False Advertising/Not Willing To Fulfill Order

I made a purchase of the Andis 21490MBG2 Ceramic Advanced Clippers and even paid for expedited shipping to get them quicker. This was done on Buy.com with the reseller Beauty-Direct, which I now know to be US Salon Supply.

See the attached files to see that I ordered the right product that they were unwilling to send me.

When I received my package I received the Andis E.Logica, which is a significantly inferior product.

Step 1
I called Buy.com and they really don't get involved if they didn't sell it. Shame on them. As a matter of fact they try to brush you off and not be on the phone with you for more than 5 minutes.

Step 2
I called US Salon Supply and had the following experience:

1. Was told I got the product I ordered.
2. Was told to mail it back at my own expense.
3. Was told that the manufacturer had recently changed the color of the clippers.
4. Was told that they would call me back within 24 hours... not...
5. Was told it was my tough luck and I could get a refund.

I was in retail for years and if I made an error on a price and someone bought it I would honor the price since it was my mistake but US Salon Supply had no intentions to have a high level of integrity.

Step 3
I made sure they did not want to resolve this by simply sending me the product that I bought and have the documentation to verify that my purchase is as I stated. They declined by order of Aaron Robert, the president or at least the person that signs the checks.

So here I am making sure other people don't have a problem with them.

You can check the BBB rating for US Salon Supply and it shows they have had complaints and my guess is that it will continue with their philosophy on how to treat customers.

US Salon Supply Took Money, Kept Product

Worst online merchant experience I have ever had. No phone number for customer service, and repeated emails went unanswered. After waiting for two months for my order, I wrote them one final time to cancel. Each time I wrote them I was issued a ticket number auto-generated by the system. Numbers 367714 and 358406. But never got any actual response.

Ordered from another company and had my product within a week. Now a full week after that they have charged me for the purchase. Finally my credit card company supplied me with a phone number for them. Spent a good hour on the phone with what sounded like a beleaguered customer service station located abroad. Very difficult to communicate with them. When I shipped the product back to them they had the audacity to offer me store credit only. Promptly filed a dispute with my credit card company. Don't waste your time. Stay away.

could you please give me the Phone number for US SALON SUPPLY? They have taken money out of my account and have not shipped my order! I have tried to find a number other than their ordering number, but have had no luck as of yet!
