I am reporting for the week service in our area .In our area there are a number of Ufone user but due to very weak service the people don't use there sims of Ufone . They put them of the Ufone Sims and they use other network SIM cards because they provide better servicing in our area so I am requesting to you phone network to please install service tower in our area to maintain a good service in our area and it will also help you for network to get more sim card use in our area.

Ufone mobile internet recently stopped working
I live in Amin Colony Kohat Road Peshawar. we had good ufone 4g coverage here and internet used to work smoothly. since i think about a week now its signal strength dropped and now it takes 5 minutes to load even a google search page. 4g has 1 bar signal strength now and 3g has 3 bars but both doesn't work. i think there is some fault at there towers and they are not fixing it.
Claimed loss: i subscribed to super card gold that i only use for internet. and i am lossing money as internet is not working.

السلام علیکم سر کیا حال ہے ٹھیک ہیں آپ خیریت سے ہیں سر یہاں پر یوفون کی سروس پہلے کم استعمال ہوتی تھی نیٹ ورک کی پرابلم کی وجہ سے اور کافی حد تک بھی جو ہے نہ پھر رہی ہے تھوڑا سا پرابلم آجاتا ہے بار بار اور ہمارے علاقہ ایسا ہے کدھر علاقے میں سروس کا جو ہے نہ آئے اور کہیں بھی نہیں فون کال گا اور ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ ہم جو کبھی دیں گے آپ کو اور آپ کی یہاں پ پسند آئے گا اچھی لوکیشن اور ہے اس کے پاس ہیں ہمارا گھر ہے لوکیشن بتا رہے ہیں سر پلیز پلیز ذرا غور کریں اور پھر سروس کا ہے نا زیادہ استعمال ہو گی ٹھیک ہے بہت زیادہ استعمال ہوگیا وہ یوفون کیسے استعمال کر رہے ہیں سب بند ہیں جائز اور ناجائز کی اور جو کام ختم کر رہے ہیں بالکل

I Mr. Asif Sharif resident of Pasni Balochistan hereby brings in your notice that in last month Ufone telecom company installed a tower on my land in last month, without any notice and permission [ I have been abroad for few month when I visited land the tower got functional]. I request you to investigate this matter fairly, and take actions against the concerned members of the company who were responsible for this illegal installation of tower on my land without my knowledge. Ufone supercard plus
I have recharged super card plus on 22-june 2022. Due to some technical error 3 super cad plus has been charged and payment deducted from my account.
I have called many time to customer service agents. 1 just told me straight away that its not possible. We cant give your money. Other told me its possible but we will give you your money in the form of pre paid balance.I said OK.
But none of the file my complain. They said we are writing an Email. You will get your money in few few hours. But nothing happened.
I make several calls till 28 june. On 28th june they finally file my complain and gave me a Complain number and told me to wait 48 hours.

After 48 hour i call the customer service, They told me that complain remark.
Complain Remarks "reversal is only possible in the form of prepaid balance".
I said Ok. Now the customer service agent "Abdul Mannan" told me that he is writing and Email and i will get my money in 2 hours and i can confirm the status of the by calling again in 2 hours.
Now, the next time i called the customer service agent "Aamna from Islamabad centre", she told me that there is no Email record.
Amna misguided me that i can get my money as a cash back in a bank even though it was written in Email remarks that reversal is only possible in the form on pre paid balance. She said she will be writing an Email and i will get the reversal in hours. She didn't file my complain and wasted my 1 hour.
After1 hour when i insist her to file my complain she file my complain and hang up the call without updating me any thing.
Very poor customer service.
Call centre agent dont have any knowledge.
Desired outcome: Need my money back..
