Friday, August 18, 2023, I purchased a gallon of “Turkey Hill Fudge Ripple” ice cream. The previous two times that I purchased this product, there was just a Dab of chocolate in the middle of the container. No swirl. No ripple. I thought it was a fluke so I purchased it one more time yesterday. No fluke. This time, I’m sure there was less than one tablespoon of chocolate in the middle of the container. Three strikes… you’re out. I have told everyone I know about this and now no one is buying this product. Some quality assurance person should be fired. I will now buy the competitor’s product no matter how much more money it is.

I bought a frozen burrito from turkey Hill just an hour ago for my dinner after work an I get home open it an it got moldy on it. Now I have no dinner an no one will answer the phone at store. This has happen a couple of times at the same store but this is first complaint because I am tired of wasting my money . Come to find out it expired in January of this year. 6 months ago

I purchased 2 cartons (144 ozs.) from Food Lion Grocery store, Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC. I often purchase the Butter Pecan and have been extremely until the last 2 cartons, which had very few pecans and they were very small pieces. Vanilla with a small amount of pecans is not mine or my family's preference.

Kylee authorized a transaction on 6/17/2023 at store #0236 in which she added 2 packs of Marlboro cigarettes to my order for herself. I bought 3 single serve drinks and she remained on the phone the whole time I was in store. Never asked if I wanted a reciept and now I know it's because she stole from me and the manager on location Amanda was snobby and useless. She downright refused to look up the transaction. She even refused to give the name of the employee that stole from me at first. I had to go to the corporate level to get any action done. I was to the store 3 seperate times and nobody there communicated about what happened to me. Nobody has a clue whats going on half the time and the attitude from michelle is off the charts. Never will be visiting this location again and I really should file police charges for fraud. $5 or $20 I was still stolen from and humilliated. Attached is a picture of the proof of the money being taken from this specific location and at what time.

Your store on Cassady Ave., Columbus, OH 43219. The lottery machine is always down. I believe they turn it off but when I go in the store your workers either on their phone standing around or sitting down today I went in and it’s 430 and the girl said the machine is down. So I said you turned it off. She just smiled and looked at me. It seems like every time I go in there they turn the machine off at least if they gonna sit down and don’t want to run and Lottery machine, put a sign at the door, saying that the machine is down that would be courteous to the customer, I have been there in the morning at 11 AM and theysaying the machine is down. If you don’t want it at that location then take it out or put a sign up saying at the particular time we are not doing Lottery let a customer know before they get in there That you’re not gonna be doing any lottery

For quite some time Jason at Lampeter Turkey Hill in Lampeter Pennsylvania on Village Road has been closing the store on random. It's becoming an issue with him as he whines that he can't keep people. The reason he can't keep anyone is because he has no professionalism on handling situations of any kind. And if a daily customer says anything to him about whatever he doesn't like to here he tells them to get out of my store and never come back. It's summer time soon and he has to close at 4pm for what reason. Oh he whines he has wife and kids. So what. I have wife and kids. Doesn't mean you have to close a store for that. He can't keep employees either because his attitude is the same towards customers if they say anything too. People quiting or getting fired for telling him stuff he doesn't want to deal with. Unprofessional period.

I used my debit card at the pump for 20.00 in gas. 100.00 was deducted from my account. I'm on SSI and that was my food money. I will never pay at your pump ever again . I contacted my bank and the money was put back right away. You are illegally holding that money . 80.00 for a 20.00 charge are you serious . I'm going to find someone in the government to report this too. You are thieves

From target deptford. Was shopping with daughter for school. While there we decided to make Sundays. Long day. Got Cherry's and pineapple chocolate sauce wet nuts bananas. And two half gallons one vanilla an chocolate. We were excited for the Sundays. When opened the ice cream seemed that someone wasn't right. To us it seemed that the ice cream may of melted then was refrozen. Live to far away to go back to the store. So thought I'd reach out to you. Sorry no photo through away

Multiple patrons at this turkey hill get called nasty names and are told they should make coffee themselves. There's never coffee in the store at any time and they are very disrespectful to people that go in there to purchase anything. All they do is complain about management and talk to patrons like they are beneath then like a piece of trash. If nothing is done there will be a lot of posts and videos on how they treat people and hope someone does something about it. Thank you!

On December 14, 2022, I went to store number 69 to get a one pack of menthol vuse pods and a cup. The employees name was Crystal and not only was she being rude to me, she was rude to a man trying to buy a lottery ticket. I gave her my ID and she refused to even scan it and started yelling out a different birthday than what was on my ID. She then proceeded to tell me to get out as handing my ID back to me. It was extremely uncalled for as she was the only worker in the store so I didn’t want to cause a scene.

I am having an issue with a Turkey Hill gift card. I called to the amount of the gift card and the message indicated the card was not found. I followed up with a live chat on the person was no help. I was asked for the receipt and/or location of the Turkey Hill it was purchased. I received the card as a gift from a group of students at a college were I work. The group of students presented me with the gift at the time of their graduation. I have no idea where it was purchased or when it was purchased.

I would like more substantial assistance with this issue.

Every time I go into the Turkey hill in dunmore, Pa (401 S. Blakey Street, Dunmore,PA 18512) If I am the only one in the store she services me but with an attitude. But, if anyone else is in there she will service them first before me. Her attitude toward me is very unprofessional. As a result I drive a half a mile away so that I do not have to deal with her or got to the Exxon. On The day,of November 7th, I had to go to the store. I had no other chose. This is the day her behavior became unbearable, I was stand in line waiting to be serv.ered. She helped the man in front of me then ask another woman if she was there for lottery. The woman said , Yes. She then said, Ok because the other girl was handling that. She then looked and an other customer and said, what do you need? The woman looked at me because she knew I was there first. Then she serviced another woman knowing I had been waiting. Then another. I finally said to a customer who knew I was waiting and said in a normal tone, am I invisible? When I stepped up to the counter the employee said, I don’t have to get you anything. Can you get me a gold pack of USA 100. She said, you can go over to her she can serve you. I said, just get me a gold pack of USA 100s. She said, No! And walked away leaving me and the rest of the customers standing there. The was the last straw and very last time, I am going to be disrespected by this girl.

This morning. No toilet paper in restroom & it was filthy. Consider it's a new day restroom was still dirty from day b4. Mentioned 2 clerk (April) she gave me the poorest excuse. Staff shortage. She continued on about why is was dirty. One person per shift. Making excuses instead of apologizing &saying well address the issue. She very mouthy.. I've lived in Whitehall 16 yrs. To me no excuse. Especially when I've seen numerous employees just gossiping & standing around. I've seen this store go through staff &Mgrs like people go through a red light ly
