TravelUp.co.uk / notifying change of flights 3 months after airline notification

Booked August 2017 for Manchester to Nashville travelling on 17th December returning 31st December. Each way requires a connection to an international airport hub. On the 18th December I was notified that my return flight had been changed because of Airline re-scheduling. It left no time for the connecting flight. I contacted the airline who confirmed the schedule alteration had been notified in September. Travelup say NO compensation for their changing the booking. The airline were able to provide a flight with time to make the connection at no extra cost. DO NOT USE travelup.co.uk

We booked tickets to our vacation flight. When it came time to make registration online the other company told us that there is no flight with such info. We thought that it can be a mistake, but when TravelUp.co.uk started ignoring us we understood that we simply lost our money.
