TPG Internet / ADSL2+ internet connection

On 24th July 2016 Sunday morning my internet connection was fluctuating very much and then went totally dead after some time. I registered a complaint with TPG on their helpline 131423 and they told me that a technician will visit my home on Tuesday (Today 26th July) from 9:00AM till 1:00PM window. That means I have to stay home to entertain him. He can show up at any time during this window. However, on appointment day third day from registering the complaint, a short guy visited. Firstly, it is difficult to contact to the customer service department on line, as it usually takes >7min to speak to your representatives. However, it is very easy to speak to someone for registration inquiries. So I guess you do not really care about your customers after they make their payment. Secondly, the representative never think of the customer first but they are very good at using your company policy. They cannot really offer help to me when problems appear. After the registration, I was informed that there is no vacant Telstra infrastructure at the address. And I made the call...
