On August 31, 2015 I purchased $75.43 worth of ink from the company. As they are a Canadian company and I live in Canada, the charge should have been in Canadian dollars. Instead, they charged my credit card in US dollars for $102.49 instead of Canadian dollars. On September 17 I emailed (because their phone number goes directly to voice mail) the company requesting a refund for the currency exchange. I immediately received the following reply: "Hello Craig, We will refund the currency exchange on your bill. Please allow our business department up to 48 hours in order to process your refund...

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to relay my firsthand experiences with TonerSelection.com, a company that provides ink and toner cartridges for a variety of printers. I first came upon Toner Selection while browsing the product offerings through Living Social. Like many, I was excited to find a relatively inexpensive alternative to ink for my printer-—an Epson Workforce 325.
