stopped working after 15 days of purchase
Titan watch model no-nb9324sm01, purchased on 21.07.2012 from rainbow times sealdah, kolkata, stopped working after 3 months. Since then it has been sent to the service centre 4 times. Reference no - 2433 dated 06.12, 12,. 2987 dated 25.10, 12, 3703 dated 04.02.2013 187 dated 18.03 13 but still it failed to work so how long I will be taking this to the service center. It actually stayed in the service centre more than it stayed with me. A reputed company like titan can deal with their permanent customer I am a card holder of the titan family, its really shocking. Generally any esteemed company replace the watch after being repaired thrice but in my case it is not followed I simply fail to understand. Please replace the watch immediately

I have purchSED A TITAN WATCH ON 30-07-10 AT TITAN SHOWROOM AT BEGUSARAI BIHAR DESIGN NO IS 1522 YM. ON 25-08-10 WATCH'S CHAIN HAS BEEN BROKEN. I HAVE DEPOSITED MY WATCH AT BEGUSARAI SHOWROOM ON 27-08-10 RECIEPT NO 2476. YET MY WATCH HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. I AM VERY SURPRISED ABOUT QUALITY OF WATCH. KINDLY GET IT REPAIRED SOON.
