I placed ore with vintage playhouse, sept 6, tried to e-mail them about my order, no response, wrote a letter to them, no responce. they charged my credit card, and got thier money. today Oct 23, I got a package from the, but guess what???? sent the wrong dvd collection, not what I ordered. IM NOT SENDING IT BACK, IM NOT PAYING FOR IT EITHER, THESE PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN A LESSON. I WONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS ANNE MORRIS
I ordered several DVD movies from the website on 9/24/09 with expectations of delivery with in 3 to 5 days. There has been no response to my order nor to my e-mails to this company to try to track my order. They gave me a customer ID# and a order confirmation # And even indicated that the shipping method was to be USPS Super Savers Shipping. I'm woudering what course I might take to resolve this issue or if there is anything that I can do at all.
