I purchased a home here at The Preserve in January, 2008. There were NUMEROUS ISSUES with regards to my purchase that led me to become quite dissatisfied with living in this community. Now, the icing on the cake. I have been feeling ill for quite some time. Went for a complete check-up, nothing could be found. Started hearing about CHINESE DRYWALL...

The Preserve at Boynton Beach Unsavory condo developer

I would urge anyone who is considering a home purchase here to rethink your decision. The developer has not honored the one year new construction warranty. The community gates have never been functional in the two years I have lived here. I am not aware of one happy owner here. I will be happy to give you many examples of the issues in this community. If you have already paid a deposit I would try and get it back. If you can't then I would just lose the money you paid and take a walk. Once you have closed you are screwed, especially if you recieved grants funds from either SHIPP or the Boynton Beach CRA.
