I believe I payed it was a buy now pay later, I remember getting the bill, then I was sick at the time and was struggling with money at the time. I don't have anything for proof with it being so long ago. This was end of the year 20 a beginning of 21. I pay my bills believe this is an error on your part. please look into this matter. the bill I received had nothing but the amount i owed no dates or reference number or description and such. This is a bill I have received twice now.

On 5/7 I ordered a table from Lakeside Collection; on 5/17 I sent an email and also called the company and advised the order was to be canceled due to their inability to ship said item. Via telecon I was advised the order was 'in process' and could not be canceled; no one ever to this date has responded to my email. On June 7 the table was delivered via FedEx. I have called Lakeside Collection 5 times and requested a return label for this item and each time I am told they are having technical problems and cannot send me a return label. I don't want/no longer can use this table, I would like it returned and my $102 refunded.

Early this morning, I placed 2 separate orders with The Lakeside Collection. Very shortly thereafter, I was able to purchase the exact same items at a much cheaper rate. I contacted Lakeside right away to have the orders cancelled since neither order had been processed or shipped. After speaking with two customer service reps for Lakeside, I was told that they had no capability to cancel the orders, even after confirming that no merchandise had been processed or shipped. Why should my credit card be charged to ship something that I should have the option to cancel? I could see if the orders had already been processed & shipped. WHY EVEN PUT CUSTOMERS THROUGH THIS? On the other hand, Amazon always allows their customers the option to cancel their orders. And other companies keep wondering why Amazon is the leader in online sales & causing them to go bankrupt or belly-up!

I ordered a comforter and pillow shams on 4/30. ….I cannot get thru to speak to anybody at Lakeville….I have stayed on the phone for three hours one day waiting to speak to a representative…..never happened….what is the problem?….I’m either getting this merchandise or not…..please let me know what is going on….not very good business relations…..please let me know what my next step should be…..thank you

I have ordered through catalog a month ago I haven't got my order confirmation number:[protected] order date:4/06/2023 I pay $86.23 with a check I got the return check they cash it never got my order. I have tired to call 5 times and also email 5 times too no answer I'm not please with this I have never had any problems with yours before but now make me feel like not to ever order again from any one. Place my order on April 7th and paid with my Visa card online... it was for 3 door mats that were on clearance. They emailed me a confirmation/ order # and even gave me a tracking number with an email that it had shipped. Checking the tracking number thru USPS, only the label has been produced but they have not received the package to be mailed. Have checked several times with same result. Tried going to the website. There is none any longer and tried calling today and guess what...they hang up on you ..tried 3 times with same result.

I did hear that they have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, now I want to know what to do.

I was charged $14.95on my credit card I did not authorize and do not know what it is for I cannot get a hold of them for days to resolve this I did order some items from them order number is #[protected] My name is Midge Burt I have contacted my credit card company I ordered items on 3/30/2023 for 34.05 but I did not authorize the $14.95 I have called them and e-mailed them and sent them a certified letter no response

I have been unable to contact this company either by phone or on line.

They have charged my account $32.65 for an order I have yet to receive. The order #o16593584 and was for a reversable seashell furniture cover. In addition, the charged my account $14.95 for membership that I did not authorize. I have tried calling, and am always disconnected. When I go on line to their website is no longer available.

Been trying to contact Lakeside for several weeks in regard to an order I placed in which I received part of the order but not everything. I need to speak to someone.

The company is called Lakeside Collection. Neither of their phone numbers are working. One number [protected] has a recording at first and then disconnects. The other number [protected] states they are having technical difficulty. But this has been a few weeks already

I ordered from The Lakeside Collection but never again! One e-mail confirmation shows me paying :

total:18.10, ship $6.99 surcharge $3.00

But when I go to view order I get:

total : $18.30 Shipping 9.99

So, which is it? $18.10 or $18.30? shipping $6.99 or $9.99? According to their chart I should be paying $6.99 for shipping on my order total but they have me at $9.99 which is higher than the average for shipping. And they don't mention this Carrier surcharge any where. What is this for? Why am I paying this? Plus, If I AM the one paying for shipping, why is it taking over 3 WEEKS for me to get my items? I believe they are using SNAIL MAIL and probably paying less for the shipping so they can make money on the shipping that I am paying for!

And how are they going to show on their shipping rates "you save more for shipping with the more you buy"? I buy more and get free shipping from most companies! So I pay for shipping but LS sends it snail mail anyway so I save money or they make $ on my shipping?

A close family member sent me a gift through this company who promptly used my mailing information to create an unauthorized account. They began sending me MULTIPLE mailer catalogs which overstuffed my mailbox, rendering the lid unable to close, crushing important mail documents and exposing them to the elements wherein many pieces were ruined in the rain. Further, I maintain consistent registration with the DMAChoice registry and my account is active through December of 2028. The Lakeside Collection ignored this "Do Not Mail" status and sent unsolicited mailers, anyway. Worse yet, the gift was from a family member under a family name I do not use (or disclose) to ANYone, let alone create any accounts under this name. It is NOT my legal name, and I cannot provide current proof of identity therefor.

I attempted to go to their website to "opt-out" of a mailing list for which I never opted in. The only way to do so would be to create a full-blown account with their company, providing even more information, which I do not intend for them to have, and then change my mailer preferences. The creation of that account also requires agreement to receive additional marketing to all phone, email, and USPS contact channels. Suffice to say, I did NOT create an account. Their "chat" also requires verification of an email I do not wish to provide.

Next, I called their customer service line (not toll-free) and provided the Mailing ID No. on the back of each catalog received, verified the mailing address, verified my last name, and informed them the first name is a "nickname" that I DO NOT GO BY, but the representative insisted on calling me that on several occasions, regardless. She then insisted I must disclose an email address and phone number for "verification purposes" despite the fact that none was ever provided, and I only receive their mailers as a gift recipient. She CATEGORICALLY REFUSED to cease all harassment without disclosure of private information (phone and email), which could not be verified, as it was never provided in the first place. Further, their website states that provision of email and phone number constitutes approval to receive their marketing! She placed me on hold for more than 30 minutes waiting for a "supervisor" that never came on the line.

So far, I have spent more than 90 unpaid minutes between websites, phone calls, and other logistics management simply attempting to stop mailers I never authorized and cancel an account that was created in my identity without my permission. They verified ALL AVAILABLE information, and still refused to cancel the mailers. I am now filing complaints and reports with all available entities, and will return every piece of mail received "Refused -- RTS."

It is illegal to continue harassing someone through email when they have unsubscribed and will get you in big trouble with ICANN. How is it legal to harass someone through the federally governed United States Postal System, waste tangible resources, demand disclosure of more private and personally sensitive information, and occupy equipment dedicated to approved purposes, when they have blatantly requested cessation?

CONSUMER BEWARE. I placed an order with Lakeside Collections & paid with my Visa. I then was deluged with e-mails promoting their products. I tried unsubscribing many times to no avail. I then contacted Lakeside & requested removal from their e-mail list. I rceived reply from their Customer Support saying they would do so. I discovered Lakeside had surreptitiously used my Visa to enroll in their program LSCPerks.com whereby I was unknowigly paying for their advertising which I had attemped to escape from. The use of my credit card without my nowledge or consent amounts to fraud and I have contacted the Illinois Attorney General's office to make a formal complaint.

I ordered 3 cushions for my patio furniture order #[protected] under email [protected]@yahoo.com the 2 wicker chair cushions they fit great perfectly but the bench cushion does not, it needs to be 44 inches long but 19 1/2 wide it’s short by a couple inches I wanted to keep but it definitely looks too short and the wicker settee cushion which should fit is way too small.

I called to return and they want to charge me $7.95 for a return label which I have to use my home ink and paper to print that’s ridiculous. Your site says satisfaction guaranteed, I have never had to pay for return shipping on a satisfaction guaranteed item especially when I had free shipping. I spent $100 and I’m sure if you sent me a postage paid label it would not break your bank.

I will have to order another cushion in a plain color from Wayfair or overstock to match the 2 seat cushions so I can keep the seat cushions as I love the pattern and the comfort.

I just don’t understand why the other cushion is so small as the settee in the picture looks exactly like mine….. weird.

I most likely am going to unsubscribe from your email and not order anymore because I am not going to pay if I ever get another item that doesn’t fit or I’m not satisfied with, unless you send me a postage paid label to return this item

I also have several others and we a lot of times add our items together for better deals, we may all start ordering more from Wayfair, Overstock or Houzz I have NEVER had to pay to return an item to any of those companies.

I may even contact BBB and leave a review.

I placed an order using my debit card instead of, my Net30 terms. Within 5mins I was in contact with Lakeside customer service. I asked to please cancel this order. I was told "Sorry your order is already being processed in the warehouse. We don't have the ability to cancel once it's being processed". After going back and forth the end result is me being extremely angry and the only word them knowing how to use is, "SORRY"!

I have been asking to be Removed from Lakeside's E-Mail list for Months now and have been assured over and over but Still I am receiving one or two e-mails Every Single Day.

Do NOT order from this company. They will give false information that your order has been sent. The order never arrives. Emails asking about your order are ignored. If you call they will deny you ever placed an order, but yet your credit card was charged & you have emails confirming the order. So of course you can't resolve the issue. I will be disputing with my credit card company. I will NEVER do business with these people again.

I placed an order on 12/5/2021 for items that are Christmas gifts. This company has a very long history of excessively long shipping delays. After ai placed the order, I called and advised that I was going out of town and needed items by 12/20. I was assured that all items were in stock and would be shipped. I have called numerous times and done online chat and each day get a new answer about when items will be shipped. As of today (12/15) my items still have not shipped and show as "preparing to ship". It is obvious that items will not arrive in the promised window. All of the "customer" service reps recite the same company rhetoric, but no one can tell me when my items will arrive and as I will not be home if they arrive then the porch pirates will steal them. This company clearly could care less about its customers. They also refuse to allow me to cancel my order even though it has not shipped. How is this company still in business? Customer service is abysmal.

I have ordered from you for many years and always been completely satisfied.
Recently, I ordered 2 of the red farmhouse shutters. One of them is so warped that I can not get it to lay flat. The other one is perfect.

I am hoping that a replacement for just the one can be sent to me.
It is with much regret that I can not send a photo. I do not know how to do that.
