I've been reading over ALL of the comments posted, and I just had to share my story because MY experience has not been like ANY of these! I did receive a call saying the my Car Warranty was about to expire. I wasn't sure if it was so I took a number and told the Agent I would call them back. This Policy was sold over the phone.After receiving the policy, I did not like the wording.I Sent it back via USPS Certified mail on 02/17/09(within 30 day free look). I called USPS and stated had been received in ~5 days.I than called to varify if it had been received.Customer service rep.stated that it had been rec'd and would be sent on to next step for refund.They stated it would be about 2-3 weeks for a full refund and than would show up on my credit card statement.I hadnt heard anything as of today, 03/19/09 so I called customer service, 866-451-3070.
