Texas Toyota of Grapevine Service department

I am disappointed upon arrival this morning. Sabrina service person called me on Monday told me that everything will be set for the appointment on Thursday at 7AM. She then called be on Tuesday and said that she would not be working Thursday but would leave it with Robert her service partner. I said OK. Then she called me Tuesday evening said that Robert would not be there. She would leave everything ready with Syed. All, I would need to do is come in as scheduled and all the paperwork would be waiting and the car would go in get that part replaced and I would be on my way. I said great. Thank you. I arrive this morning and it was everything but what Sabrina said it would be. Syed said he had no idea what I was here for. He said there was no paperwork left for him. I asked if I could speak with service manager. Dan came over, I explained to him what I was told by Sabrina. He said, I am sure there are notes in the system. I asked him again if Sabrina didn't leave anything as I was told. He said give Syed a chance to read notes. I asked shouldn't that have been the first thing. He angrily repeated let him look for the notes. I still have no idea if he found any notes or not. They never said anything. I asked Dan if Becky Miles was in this morning. He said he doesn't know a Becky Miles. This is amazing that he wouldn't know the Customer Relations Manager at Texas Toyota. There is a definite disconnect from Customer Service at the service center here. They appear to go out of there way for the customer to experience an exceptional bad experience. How is this right way to treat customers by providing bad service.

Texas Toyota of Grapevine Putting God and business together

I went in about a car I saw online an 06 avalon limitedI then went to test drive it and noticed it was the wrong car they said they would give me a great deal so they said 21000 now keep in mind that its an 06 with 60, 000 miles and thats including my trade in for 3000 I asked for my key back and I could see they were upset so as im walking to my truck I realized I left my docs so I went back to get them. The sales mgr saber came out and walked me to his office and pointed at the bible and said do u know wht that this I said yes. Then he tells me thats who he serves and all this that im coming in with he binds it and and all these spirits I bind it cuz I serve a higher power. At this point im crying bwcause I know I was professional throughtout the whole sale. He then comes out as im leaving and hes trying to get me deal and I told him I dnt want to do business with them after how I was treated he kept going down on the price so I said ok but I will finance it through my credit union cuz I cant have them do it after the way I was treated well here it is they arent paying my truck off as agreed and getting the car for 15000 as agreed so im taking them their car back today.

These people are so dishonest! Zack Roberts, Glenn Mccain and Saber are so crooked. They should be audited. They lie to your face and say something else on paper. I would NEVER go there again ina million years! or even refer them to my worst enemy.

I would never go back there. They are all dishonest and greedy. They forced me to buy a car by telling me it was the only thing I can get. Which was a major lie. The finance manager is a major lier. Now I am forced to pay for a car that I don't like cause they said my car was already auctioned and they don't know where it is.

Texas Toyota of Grapevine Misrepresentation

The story I am about to tell is the 100% truth, and is meant to warn all to beware if dealing with Texas Toyota of Grapevine Texas.
I was in the market for a new Tundra Platinum. I found one on autotrader, A salesperson named Alex responded to my request, and offered to sell me a 2011 Tundra for several thousand dollars less than any other dealer I spoke to. We negotiated a deal with my trade in, and applied for credit. ALL this was being via e-mail. After I was approved, I was told we were all set, and we began to make arrangements for me to pick the truck up. 10 minutes later, I was told that the exact truck I wanted (red) was only available via dealer trade, and it had $1000 of accessories already installed. I agreed to pay the additional, since they were installed. Since it was to be a 15 hour drive to get to Dallas, we exchanged at least 20 e-mails that week to confirm all details, and prices. I even received a break down of all costs from the F&I manager. I called before I left, and was told the truck arrived, and just needs to be cleaned. 15 hours later I arrived at the dealer to find the truck did not have any of the additional accesories installed. The next morning I returned to the dealer for delivery. I was then shown a different buyers order that showed a payment of $100 more a month. After going thru 3 other managers, and being told that my salesgirl was crying, and couldn't face me, they argeed to honor the price I was given in writing. I was then told that they would fire her, and make her pay the price difference. I didn't flinch. Another hour later, they realized I wasn't going to fold, they came back and told me that although I was approved by Toyota for 0%, "I didn't qualify"? After another hour and 2 more managers, they refused to honor their word, and told me they would offer a whole tank of gas for my troubles. So, I drove 15 hours back home, and e-mailed the owner. His response was, "too bad". Please keep this in mind if you are looking to purchase a new Toyota in Dallas. If you check the BBB rating, thet score an "F". My mistake for not checking this prior to leaving.
I did purchase a great new Crew Max Rock Warrior at Ron Hibbard Toyota in Nashville today, and had a great experience.

I am very embarrassed to admit that I did not go over the loan agreement before signing.
Here is what has happened to us and this is not the first time we've had it happen. We purchased a 4 Runner trading in our Highlander which we still owed on the loan. We we're told they would pay off the Highlander, if we purchased the 4 Runner. What they did was added on the cost of the pay off of the Highlander to the loan on the 4 Runner. Cost of 4 Runner was 38, 000 but when they did the loan the added 6000 making it 44, 000 on the loan for the 4 Runner.
They did the same thing back in 2004 when we traded in our Matrix for a Tacoma. A few years later we received a letter stating that Texas Toyota was being sued for tacking on old loans to new loans.
I will be looking for a lawyer to see what we can do about this.

Interesting... Alex is still employed there and quoting prices that the dealership will not honor. She must be their "Bait and switch" expert.

Me and My friend Scoot waited over there for one hours, he comes back told me the general manager not agree with the price and the deal is off. Kevin Casy is not there and General Manger is not there and there is no one that I can complian the situation. They are discrimation because my race, the original sales person Kenneth and the manager Tony saw me did not say a word, please help me to resolved the situation. I do not mind if the deal can not make it but please do not ask customer spend 45 mins of drive and one hour of waiting and get nothing clear.

I agree with you, i spent 5 hours negotiating a camry. When we got to financing the terms were different and they made it seem like it was my fault stating customers are at fault for negotiations.

TOYOTA OF ROCKWALL

Be glad that you did not make your deal at TOYOTA OF ROCKWALL! They sold me a vehicle that was in a front end collision. In the first two weeks after purchase this car needed $5000.00 worth of repairs! Finally after numerous attempts to fix numerous problems I went to another dealership. They immediately informed me that my LEMON had CORE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, RADIATOR DAMAGE, COMPUTER DAMAGE, . TOYOTA OF ROCKWALL CLAIMS THEY RELY SOLELY ON CARFAX WHEN IT COMES TO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS! Folks CARFAX IS A JOKE... It is not accurate and you can find the same information on Google. Carfax doesn't have access to insurance claims. Toyota of Rockwall is under A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. They are the biggest con-artist in town. Most of their used cars are repos or bought at a SHADY AUCTIONEER OF of Lemmon ave. SMILE DUDE! I had to hire a private attorney to sue the LIARS & THIEVES. The owner STEVE JACKSON will blame the consumer. The idiot ask me to pay him $4000.00 to take the car back. He said his dealership is in financial trouble and he has to make money! He refuses to follow TOYOTA MOTOR CORP RULES AND REGULATIONS. MY ADVICE IS TO STOP ALL BUSINESS WITH TOYOTA! They are going down hill fast...They just had they largest recall in history. Try Honda next time.
