kitchen appliances
We moved into a flat 2 months ago in downtown dubai. All flats have TEKA appliances. We've now found that the electrical hob, dishwasher and fridge don't properly work. Cooker hood c6420
The hood has two ways of functioning, extraction, which supposedly sends the fumes to the outside, and recirculation, which provided you install some carbon filters(not included) sends the extracted fumes once filtered back into the kitchen. Faulty products, appalling customer service
For anyone considering buying Teka products I would strongly recommend they consider another brand. 0ver 3 years ago we had quite an expensive (and we therefore thought - quality) kitchen fitted. We chose 5 Teka appliances and luckily I took out an extended warranty as so far the Dishwasher has had to be mended 3 times and finally replaced after it flooded...
