TeeshirtsRock is definitely the worst company I have ever ordered from! I have placed an order with them two months ago and I'm still waiting for my shirts! No matter how many times I contacted TeeshirtsRock they gave me nothing but empty promises and every time assured me that my order will arrive soon. After I checked the reviews written by others I realized this TeeshirtsRock website was nothing but scam. I already gave up because I know that they did not ship anything and will never refund my money. Please stay away from this company and tell everyone you know! - Pennsylvania, Warrington / fraud


Identical experience as described in all these complaint posts. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and urge anyone else to do the same at The complaint form is easy and free to complete and submit. I contacted my bank who is putting through a formal dispute on the charge with the bank of I also emailed, and received back an emailed response which was beyond rude, almost threatening in tone. This is when I realized the matter needed to be handled by an authority. / Scam and cheating


I paid for nearly $50 for a bruce lee hat to be expedited for father's day of this yr and I haven't even received it! I can't even check the damn status of the order! I first time I emailed them to ask if they have shipped the order yet they said they sent out an email to let me know the item was back ordered. I never got that email! I was beyond cool, beyond patient and now I'm beyond PISSED! Do not use this company if you appreciate timely customer service, business appreciation or products that you ordered. Back in early December I ordered a track jacket for my husband from this company. It took more than their 20 days to get to me and I never got a response to any of my e-mails asking where my order was. When I finally received the item it was basically a cheap knock-off of the shirt I saw online and it was totally different than the one they had advertised. So, I sent it back. I contacted them asking for a Return code and never received it for about a week or so. To whom it may concern, On nov.15, i placed an order (#6497) in the amount of $50.99, on line through paypal for 2 tshirts that i hoped to have delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I have been billed for the order, yet it appears the order has never been shipped.
