The Swiss Colony My family has been a Swiss colony customer for years

Very happy with everything i ordered. Beef log is always fresh. Chocolate delicious. Everything came on time or early. Seafood dips are very good. My mom ordered for years and now that my mom is no longer with us, i order. And i am hoping that my niece and nephews will continue ordering when they are older with families.

I placed an order on 10/21/2021, and i got all my items on 10/24/2021, that fast service and very dependable and liable company. I am very happy with them as i am every year. The Swiss Colony A solid online company for food and gifts

I have been ordering Christmas gifts (Jumbo Cheese and Sausage combs) for about a decade from Swiss Colony. These are upper quality items, and you do get what you pay for in life, but also the non-food merchandise they offer is over priced. Customer service is good, they have a variety of food and gifts, have tried a variety of items over the years, always good to very good taste and quality. They will ship merchandise to anywhere in USA. They offer credit, but just remember it is a high interest rate.

The Swiss Colony Fruit Cake

My mom has been purchasing me a fruit cake from Swiss colony since I was 16 it is my birthday and Christmas present every year since then I'm now 62 and I cannot see myself not getting this cake every year I have never had a problem with Swiss colony the shipping is prompt and whenever I need to call them they are very helpful and accommodating this year my cake was delivered to the wrong house and I got on the phone with them instantly and they instantly refunded me and sent me another cake so you people who have a problem with Swiss colony you need to check yourself because if you call these people with a positive attitude you will get positive results thank you

The Swiss Colony Gift ab623, ab735, ab800

I bought the 2pounds of the three cheeses.i use to buy the 3 pounds but.i have not seen that in the book this year.i was in and out the hospital last year so I don't remember if I got it then too.but,when I got the 3 pound each I think it tasted better. I usually get it every year and cut half of it on Christmas eve and the other half for new years eve.my grown-up kids thought it tasted different also.is it possible that it cures differently in the different sizes?I was alittle disappointed this year not sure I'll order it next year .and I was home when it was delivered and put it right into the fridge.thought is ask if there could be a different in the sizes.

The Swiss Colony Order #58262632

I have been a loyal customer with Swiss Colony for 15 years and moved from New York in 2022 to Florida. I put my order in on December 5, 2023 in the morning to have a few deliveries go to different addresses like I do every year and now they can’t guarantee it before Christmas which makes me very very upset because nobody notified me by email that I need to put 10% down. I called today to put the order back in and gave $200 down and asked the woman that took the payment to switch me to customer service and the woman in customer service was so rude and wouldn’t let me talk. I believe this will be the last time I will be ordering with Swiss Colony because now my kids will not be getting their Christmas gift on time.

The Swiss Colony Order issues and customer service issues

I placed an order on 10/31/2023 and then sent it out as wanted before Christmas.

I got a call from my parents stating someone 600 miles away had their box she opened it and called them. Called Swiss Colony and I got the runaround transferred three times and rude customer service said there it, nothing I can do the items are all sold out, and refund my money, Do you think they did that hell no. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS THEY HAVE THEIR HANDS IN!

The Swiss Colony Customer service

I ordered a gift for a relative and gave the address it was to be delivered to. They sent the gift back to my address. I tried numerous numerous times to contact them by phone to ask why it was shipped to wrong address. There was no getting hold of customer service. Now I have to sent the package to the address it was supposed to be delivered to and pay additional shipping after I already paid

The Swiss Colony Order #[protected] 27 Favorites @34.99

I ordered 27 Favorites as a gift on the website. After placing the order and giving my debit card information up popped a Thank you for your order ######.

It said Order Summary, print receipt. The total on the receipt was $37.61. When I checked online at my card company I discovered that I had actually been charged $50.97. I called customer service to find out why and was told that the additional charge amount was for shipping. If that was the case why wasn't the shipping showing on my order summary? I order quite frequently over the internet and have done for many years. Never have I placed an order without the shipping fee showing. Since there was no shipping fee on my Swiss Colony order I assumed that shipping was free. I consider this to be a very underhanded way to do business and will warn people not to buy from them.

Desired outcome: There has to be a goverment agency that deals with consumer problems like mine. They need to get involved and censor this company for their underhanded practices.

The Swiss Colony Free item missing from order

Order 57242977, when I placed the order I was supposed to get the free item AX1346. The order came this morning and the free item was missing. I call 800-913-0743 to see how I could get the free item, I was told I would have to place an order to get it. Why should I have to place an order and pay a shipping charge. I don't understand why the free item that was missing can't be shipped. I also called 800-913-0743 and got no where. I guess I won't order again. I just wasted 45 minutes of my time. The Swiss Colony Disappointed with SwissColony's Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Late Shipping and Payment Issues

I've been a loyal customer of SwissColony for as long as I can remember. Their fruitcake has always been top-notch, and I've never had any issues with their shipping or customer service. However, my recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I placed an order for myself and three other family members to arrive before Christmas, just like I always do. In the past, my orders have been shipped out within 10 days, but this time was different. I received a letter on December 5th stating that my credit card didn't go through. I was confused because I knew I had entered the correct information, but I called customer service and gave them a different credit card number. To my surprise, I received the same letter a few days later. I called again and was told that they couldn't process my order because my credit card wasn't going through, but they couldn't tell me why. I assumed that they didn't have my correct name on file, but I thought I had straightened it out with the second call to customer service.

Unfortunately, my order still wasn't shipped, and I was getting frustrated. I called back again, and they gave me the same excuse. They couldn't tell me if the card would go through, and they couldn't process my order. I was so disappointed because it was already December 20th, and my order was still not shipped. To make matters worse, the free item I was supposed to receive was no longer available, and they wouldn't substitute it with something else.

I'm going to call them again this evening, and if my order hasn't shipped yet, I'm going to cancel it. I'm so disappointed with SwissColony's customer service. I understand that they may not have enough help, especially during this time, but that doesn't excuse poor customer service. I noticed that all the positive reviews were from years ago, and it seems like SwissColony has gone downhill. I'm sad to say that I won't be placing any more orders with them.

This company is just not good, man. They don't care about you or your time. I was so mad at them, I can't even tell you. They straight up lied to me and wasted my money. It's a total scam. I'm not the only one either, I read a bunch of reviews and there were so many people with the same problem. I bet there are even more people who didn't leave a review. It's not right, you know? They need to be held accountable for what they're doing. I'm gonna report them to the BBB and FTC, and I think we should all band together and sue them. They can't just get away with this kind of stuff. It's not fair to us, the customers. They need to remember who's keeping them in business. I'm not gonna let them get away with it. They disrespected me and messed up my holiday plans. I'm gonna make sure they compensate every single person they ripped off. It's not right to treat people like this. I recently placed an order for Swiss Colony products through a third-party website. I was excited to take advantage of the free shipping offer on December 8th and was looking forward to receiving my order by December 23rd. However, things did not go as planned.

I waited patiently for my order to arrive, but as the delivery date approached, I grew concerned. I tried to contact Swiss Colony multiple times, but received no response. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order through the third-party website. Unfortunately, even after two attempts to cancel, I still heard nothing from Swiss Colony.

Feeling like I had no other choice, I decided to purchase the item directly from Swiss Colony. To my surprise, the gift was delivered and I received a call from the recipient thanking me. I was relieved that the item was not canceled, but I was still frustrated with Swiss Colony's lack of communication.

I attempted to call Swiss Colony to cancel my direct order, but was met with a high call volume and no answer. I also sent three emails to their customer service, but received no response. It's been over a month since this ordeal began, and I still haven't heard anything from Swiss Colony.

To make matters worse, their website claims that you can cancel an order by clicking a button, but there was no such button for my order. It's clear that Swiss Colony is not customer-focused and their lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend Swiss Colony to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent and their website is misleading. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I've been a loyal customer of Swiss Colony since 1980 and I must say, their deliveries have never failed me. They always arrive around the date I choose and they even offer FREE replacements if my order is missing an item. That's what I call commitment!

One thing I absolutely love about Swiss Colony is their creamy cheese spreads. They go perfectly with crackers and thick slices of bread. Their hard cheeses and sausages are also a hit in my family. We love to arrange them on a chess board with various toppings, making it a festive display for any occasion.

But that's not all Swiss Colony has to offer. Their mouth-watering treats are so delicious, it's like a party for your taste buds. It's always difficult to choose just a few to fit our budget, but we always manage to get a little something. And during the holidays, they even offer a FREE gift tin of chocolates to satisfy our sweet tooth!

Now, I know what you're thinking. If I love Swiss Colony so much, why am I only giving them 3 stars? Well, here's the thing. As a longtime customer of 42 years, I've noticed that their delivery charge is outrageously high.

My family has expanded over the years, with children, marriages, and grandchildren. Budgeting has become a necessity for us. We always look for free shipping or a good percentage off when shopping. But when I placed an order with Swiss Colony this year, I was shocked to see my delivery charge and surge charge come to over $42.00! And that was just for the delivery of a few gift variety packs to our home (which we hand out before Christmas).

I even called Swiss Colony's customer service to request free shipping or a percentage off for being a "valued customer" for 42 years. But unfortunately, they couldn't offer me anything. It's a shame, really. I'm always being told I'm a valued customer, but when it comes down to it, I don't feel valued at all.

Don't get me wrong, we reluctantly placed an order this year. But next year, we'll have to look for other options. It's just not worth it to pay such a high delivery charge when there are other stores that offer free shipping or incentives for loyal customers.

Overall, I still love Swiss Colony's products. But their delivery charge is just too high for my budget.

I went to Swiss Colony's website a few months ago after receiving their Christmas catalog in the mail. Let me tell you, they have some amazing treats! I placed an order and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my items were shipped. The petite fours were so delicious that I ended up ordering more for myself. My friend loved the little loaves of bread with spreads on top, and I couldn't resist the Double Chocolate Raspberry Cream Filled Torte. It was absolutely heavenly!

Even though the items are a bit pricey, they are definitely worth it. I couldn't afford to buy everything outright, but Swiss Colony offers payment plans that allow you to pay for your order over the course of a year. Most of the items need to be kept cold because they contain dairy, but they held up well in the fridge and were a hit with my family and friends on Christmas morning.

Swiss Colony runs specials during the holiday season, like discounts when you buy several items at once. They even sent me a free gift - I got to choose between a beautiful metal tin of Christmas cookies or a box of 24 petite fours. I went with the cookies and they were delicious!

I'm already looking forward to next Christmas so I can try some of the other items Swiss Colony has to offer. They have towers filled with all sorts of goodies, like homemade bread crisps with different types of cheeses to choose from. My friend said they were amazing. I don't think I'll ever be able to try everything I want to, but I'm definitely on my way to enjoying the Swiss Colony collection.

The Swiss Colony Swiss Colony Review: Terrible Communication and Service, Predatory Survey Gatekeeping

Wow, let me tell you about my experience with Swiss Colony. I was trying to order some gifts for my loved ones online, and boy was it a mess. I received some of the presents, but also got a letter saying that some items were unavailable and that I needed to call them to order alternative items. I mean, come on, why were they selling items that they didn't even have in stock? The website clearly showed that they were available, so what gives?

To make matters worse, they sent me a snail-mail letter that arrived the same day as the package, telling me to call them. When I called their customer service number, I couldn't speak with anyone until I answered a survey that had nothing to do with my order. They asked me if there were any people over 50 in my household and if anyone had a car. What kind of survey is that? I didn't press any buttons, and their system hung up on me. That's just ridiculous.

I had to look for another number, and when I finally got through to someone, they were in the wrong department and couldn't help me. After another long wait, I finally talked to someone who could help me, and it turned out that the letter was a lie. I didn't even need to call them. The only good thing was that they apparently don't charge for items they can't fulfill, but why couldn't they just send me an email showing an adjusted charge and a list of items that ARE coming?

Their communication and service were just terrible, and that survey gatekeeping was just predatory. I'm sure they're going to use people's phone numbers and answers for future marketing by their "partners." I'm never going to spend money with them again.
