I cancelled my account with SPRUZ on July 4th 2021 (see attached). The company sent an email requesting confirmation of cancellation. Spruz.com failure to release website name to owner

The website I was in the process of developing on spruz.com was deleted by spruz.com. Due to my inability to continue work on the website because of dealing with breast cancer treatment, I neglected the site for an extended amount of time. I realize the fact that the space should be allotted to an active and viable resource.

I have repeatedly requested spruz.com to release the website name “pinkoon.com” so that I may start website construction with another website providing service. I have called three times and sent three emails, as per the directions given to me by the phone service representative with spruz.com.

I have emailed [protected]@spruz.com as directed by the phone service representative with spruz.com.

I would like to know how to resolve this problem.

Spruz is the worst domain web host provider available in the United States. Their service is very unprofessional and unreliable. I won't get into details, but my experience with them was a nightmare. I lost lots of time, money and my entire website because of them. They don't know anything about accountability or customer service. There are plenty of more affordable, professional and reliable domain and web host providers. It's more than likely that you will regret if you choose Spruz.com.
