Sports Clip haircut

My two boys got a haircut in encino ca on sunday [protected]. The stylist did not cut my sons hair right. Another stylist was very rude when i said the hair was not cut right. She rudely said don't say anything. I am not happy with the haircut. I want to know how can i get my money back. She did not let me say anything. Please help me. The ladies name is Jenn. Thank you

Sports Clip haircut itself and unethical behavior

We came and there where no clients at the time, I asked the person in front of the services for my 11 y.o and was told to go to the sit. I wanted to find out about the styles offered and the same person had pointed to some booklets and waked away rolling her eyes.
After looking through some pictures I had found the back head picture of the cut my son visualized and decided to cut just an inch of the front of the hair, so I specified to her. I had pointed to some pictures and said "something similar but keep the front long, just cut 1 inch". She had looked over me to the other two co-workers and looked like mocking me. That was already too much I should have left right there but I am very patient lady and didn't want my son to walk away empty handed.
When my son was done, it looked ... disappointing, around the years some cut off uneven, to be nice to say, an inch was left, instead of being cut that length. Now, my young gentleman was growing the length for a while to make it as he wanted, it was about 4-5 inches by the time, and wanted to keep about 3-4", he was very sad but tried to cover it up. I could not!
Afterwords, I was being told to pay $ 20. "Should it not be discounted for kids?" I had asked and was replied -"No", then, asked how much I want to leave for tips! I just looked at her and answered " None." I did not think we should have paid to her at all and after we had left, it was pretty upsetting for both of us. My kiddo's comments to his friends where "Don't look at me, it is not my fault". It sure is not.
I do wish something to be done about her attitude, (not even trying to apologize for what she had done) and just a wrong haircut, in general.
My son's picture for to attach but he is too embarrassed and by knowing what harm could be done at this age to kids I completely understand.
