Social Security ssi reconsideration

I was previously getting ssi supplement income, and in order to pay bills I got a part time job, and I have had my mental disorder since I was 12, I should've been on ssi along time ago, my medication helps though, anyway they reevaluated me and a lady name miss madden just took my benefits away from me when it took so long for me to get them, and I was understood that I could receive full benefits while working for 9 months. Anyway she calculated that I'm making 2000 a month, and when I got my paystubs to prove that I don't she just gave the case to someone else, and I don't know what to do, because nobody will return my phone calls, I have a very serious condition that will never go away and has to be managed with a lot of medication and nobody understands, I just feel hopeless now, pressure, and suicidal

Social Security Customer Service

I had my son in March of 2014. I still have not received social security card. I have had his name on the mailbox since he was born due to my mail man not leaving anything unless the name is on the mailbox. I have missed days from work, I have been through extremely rude reps via the 800 number, no sympathy and of course no info on what's going on even after verifying all the info. I can't not believe our tax money is paying for their salary and we still get the treatment that we do. They are useless as well due to not being able to provide any info or help, I have gotten the direction to contact the local office or call them. So why is the call center there for then? I would love a job with social security to be able to talk back, be rude and say what I feel to the customers because that's what we are customers at the end of the day and not get in trouble for my attitude. I would love a job like that. I have missed out on money because of the times I had to take off work. Even when you go in person they are not helpful at all. I don't even know if my son's card is out there in someone's hands already. A brand new social #. Smh. This is ridiculous. You can't even file a proper complain because there is no site that will allow you too except this one I found. This is really sad.

When I applied for SS, I gave them all the info. they needed/wanted. Almost 3 years later, they tell me that they overpaid me $7000 and want it back. Why didn`t they catch this when they decided what my benefits would be? They made the error, they should suck it up.

Social Security goverment criminals

Social security collection department over collected an overpayment on my taxes and they won't give the remainder back to me. I've called them repeatedly over the last 6 months and I have paperwork stating that they were only suppose to take a "certain" amount, they can't find my money and they're making no efforts to do so.

I would like an attorney (can't afford no money down) to sue them for my due money, lawyer costs, and as much extra that I can get for the hassle and ignorance that they've shown me.

Any takers, I have all the proof I need and it's open and shut case. Easy money...
