My name is Candice Flores. I am beyond angry!!! My bank account was charged without my permission on October 3, 2009. I have 2 checks out that will now not clear because of simplecleans.com. I have a good reason to be angry! I just moved into a new apartment, have a 3 kids, 2 of them with special needs, and now I am gonna have extra fees to pay and no money for my kids. I have no respect fot this company!!! This company should really advertise that they are going to rip you off, not save you money on a product!!! I was charged over $60 for something that I never recieved. I called to get my money back and they said they could not do any refunds because I did not cancel with in the 14 day trial period. I have not recieved the trial much less what ever they are charging me for. Is there anything that I can do. They charged my bank account and made me overdraft costing another $34.00. If anybody knows what I can do please let me know.
