Someone that answered the phone said that the company could not speak with me about cancelling my account. He also said that I could cancel my account online. Shopping Essentials Plus fraudulent charges

Yeah to everyone voicing their complaints--I too have been a victim of Shopping Essentials Plus--and after reading all the complaints about them all over the internet, I was ready for the fight. I called today, and after a lengthy hold time, was helped very professionally, courteously, and promptly. They reveresed all the charges (6 months worth) without any question or hassle. I'm sure it is largely due to our voices being heard. Their phone number is [protected]. Give them a call--get your money back!

Shopping Essentials Plus Scam

They charged my credit card $19.95 per month. We didn't notice it for the first two months. When we called to question the charge, the FIRST teleprompt was "press 1 to cancel", which speaks as a huge clue toward customer satisfaction.

They said I clicked on a banner, which I NEVER do. I know I did not give my credit card or e-mail address info either, which they somehow had.

They also said they mailed information (U.S. mail), but we never received anything (they don't have my mailing address anyway).

This is a SCAM.

Shopping Essentials Plus Never Signed up!

I received a notification of membership and that they would start charging my account! I never heard of these people. I called immediately because I NEVER sign up for anything online. I canceled it but asked how this happened. She said I signed up by purchasing something online from THE STICHERY - a company I have never heard of and never ordered anything from. It makes me very uncomfortable that they got my info somehow. When is Obama going to start putting the brakes on these inline SCAMS!

Shopping Essentials Plus Unauthorized billing

Shopping Essentials Plus is a fraudulent company that debits people's accounts for various amounts without consent. They are linked to different companies on the web and these other websites supply them with your credit card company.

They have been debited my account for almost 6 months now. I have informed my credit card company that I did not authorize these charges. I also called the company and spoke to shaya 70014 as well as Willford 7329. They try to make you feel that they are in the right but I persisted that I knew of their scam and they were going to refund my money- end of subject. Finally Willford said my money would be refunded it 2 business days. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

I never signed up for this service, yet they having been taking from my credit card account for a period of time I am too embarrased to mention. They seems cooperative by phone and stated they will refund my money,
I hope other complaints have made my refund possible and that I get back ALL the money they took

yeahh same thing happened to me, i was getting charged $14.95 for 4 months and i hadnt noticed until yesterday i called my bank and they gave me the number to call the company so i called and i spoke with two people(1st person was just a representative i guess but the 2nd person was the "supervisor") so they credited my 4 months back but they said it i signed up for something on restaurant.com i dont know theyre just crazy!

This company has been deducting money from our account without our permission. They have deducted $14.95 a month since Christmas which is when we probably ordered something online for a family member.
