shop-hers.com I wasted $300 for the wallet with broken zipper

I found Prada wallet on the website www.shop-hers.com. It looked nice and the seller assured me that it was new one. I emailed him that I wanted to buy the wallet. And he told that the price was about $300. I paid this sum and after 7 days my wallet arrived. I was so disappointed, because the zipper was broken. The seller started to ignore my emails after this purchase.

shop-hers.com fraud

I ordered 3 Items from shop-hers.com for a total of $2100. The $1300. Item i Never received a confirmation of the purchase, or that it would be shipped, or given a tracking number. The money was debited out of my account right away . I never received the $1300. Item. The other 2 items arrived came in EMPTY boxes. That's right, they shipped me Two EMPTY boxes that did NOT contain the items I purchased. And one box was Filthy . I opened 3 cases in Paypal against this disreputable company. . Customer Service is extremely Rude, Nasty, and Unprofessional. Don't trust a website that you can't even Call on the phone. They do NOT let you call them - you can Only email them.
I Strongly advise consumers to Stay Away from this site !

this is the worst site by far. No phone number, only e mail, they do not respond in a timely manner. I am expecting the item I purchased. fedex did not deliver, I was home. Their site claim attempted to deliver, I filed a complaint. Shop-hers doe not allow you to ask fedex to hold the package in one of their offices where you can pick it up. i do this all the time with other deliveries and this is the fist time a shipper blocked this option. for your information Shop-hers, this is NOT a change of address. instead of FedEx delivering to me, i will pick it up STILL from fedex, where i personally will sign for it. Since Saturday, i have been trying to arrange for Shop-hers customer service to contact fedex and have theh package sent to a specific location. I did e mail them all the info yesterday early afternoon. this morning i received an e mail from fedex today redelivering to my home address. NOTHING WAS DONE, shop-hers did not contact FedEx. i asked to be called by a supervisor. I sent them a minimum of half a dozen e mails, absolutely no response. If the package is returned due to Shop-hers ignoring my request, i will ask for a full refund.
i DO NOT recommend this company. the fact they have no phone number and they DO NOT respond to e mails speaks for itself. you will save yourself a lot of aggrevation.

Shop Hers have left me disappointed and frustrated. The first Burberry bag I orders was advertised as "minor signs of wear", but when it arrived, there were very noticeable bubbling between the canvas and the coating. I returned it but asked for my "first time" discount to be reinstated, as I hadn't really completed the purchase. Blair refused and just repeated that the bag was in the condition as advertised. Wrong. If it hadn't been REALLY bad, I wouldn't have returned it, because I loved the bag and returning it cost me at least $50 when you factor in both shipping costs.

The second purchase is perhaps worse. I used my credit (no, not the discount, which wasn't returned to my account) to buy a modest Burberry, which was what I could afford. It arrived in excellent condition, but I don't think it is authentic.There are several signs that point to this; it may not even be a good fake. I've e-mailed a concern to the customer service, with no reply. This is the one thing you advertise a guarantee - that items are reviewed for authenticity. I want to return this fake, but doing so will cost me (all in all) about $100. So, I feel stupid having spent about $150+ just to be hosed by this company..

shop-hers.com I lost so much money and got only fake tracking number

I ordered earnings and bracelet from the website www.shop-hers.com. On the next day, I got phone call from the rep, and he told me that the order was unavailable. He advised me to choose something else. I agreed and found other things, which cost more, so I paid the necessary sum. After that the seller provided confirmation info and the tracking number, which turned out to be fake. And after 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order. Please leave comments about your experience with this seller.

I ordered a pair of Valentino Rock Stud shoes that were listed as a size 7, but when they arrived, they were a size 7.5! Shop Hers failed to take responsibility, they contacted the seller and said that it fits like a 7 so they listed as a 7. Then what is the whole point of your site? Aren't you supposed to guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the products? Did someone not notice that the size advertised did not match the actual size of the product that was sent to you? You would think that Customer Service would take the shoes back and give me a full refund but they refused. I could not believe it. It was clearly their error and they failed to take responsibility and remedy the issue. And all of this correspondence with their representatives was via email. There was absolutely no way of talking to a LIVE person over the phone. RIDICULOUS! I ended up having to re-sell the shoes myself and you better believe I did not do it on Shop Hers - I went to Ebay which is much more reliable and customer-service oriented. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this site.

I am glad that so many have found the review (Site Jabber)) helpful and a great data point. To date Shop-Hers has yet to totally do what they said they would do. Hence my update.

Some people claim to have a good experience with Shop-Hers I don't know if they are "real people" or not (the majority of their reviews suggest otherwise) but I compare them like this, You know how you can go to a restaurant more than once but then you go back again and you get food poisoning? How likely are you to go back?

Reports of items being sold that are not authentic, money not be given to sellers, unauthorized credit card charges, poor customer service, merchandise not being forwarded as described, merchandise not being forwarded at all are not worth it to me. There are other sites that offer the same service as Shop-Hers but with a better reputation. Shop-Hers buyers have little to know protection without having to involve your bank or a third party and who wants that aggravation?

Do not take a chance with Shop-Hers. Horrible service and bad attitudes by phone or email replies. They lost many items and treat their clients horribly. BUYER and SELLER WARNING. the absolute worst online shopping ever...

Please be careful. These are very juvenile amateurs claiming all sorts of lies. and not returning money or not allowing sales and self adjusting prices...all wrong. ebay would never do that to a seller. and as a buyer...be careful. No experience in high end garments and many bags are fake.

I do not recomend this website at all, i rather buy or sell at yoogi's closet...
