My name is Ndarake Affiah, am filling a complaint about the harassment I have received from Sessoms and Rogers for over 30 years now. For $800, not 8million and even though I am not the one that charged the card, have provided them the persons information and they know it, but they still continue to threaten me, sue me, send sheriff to my door. To be honest, I feel I have already paid this dept. because they have reported me to credit bureau and was denied credit for 7 years and plus Barclays Bank that hired them 30 years ago might have filed business loss for taxes., but they are still pursuing me as I speak.

The person that used the credit card has been paying until he got sick and disabled for 10 years now. I have presented this person to court to show to Judge. and the court audience could not believe how creepy it is to sue somebody that sick for any amount. not to talk of $800 after 30 years

I am 65 years old with health issues. and can barely make a living. If am not left alone, they will be held accountable if anything happens to me because of their harassment. Thanks

They apparently bought my one credit card debt and being ignorant of the NC laws we came to an agreement. More on their side than mine.

For six months I paid $20 which was to go up to $75 on June 4th. However, for the past two months they have not taken any money.

So, I looked up what might have happened and discovered that NC debt was banned in March of 2020. And, also I believe I fell with the 3 year statute of limitations law for NC.

Anyway, they got me due to not knowing the law. I would like a refund of $120 dollars for the six months I paid twenty dollars a month. Should the ban be removed due to Covid I want the opportunity to negotiate again and I want it sealed/notarized. I tried to tell her in the beginning I could not do $75 as I live on SS alone, am 71 years old and live in HUD housing.

The current Creditor is LVNV Funding LLC. The original Creditor was Credit One Bank, N.A.

Sessoms file number is 348856 and the card number was [protected].

Any help greatly appreciated. I would also like to know why they suddenly stopped taking money out. Did they get caught for something? Sounds like they are not completely honest.

These are the biggest low life excuse for human beings i've ever seen or dealt with in my life. I dont have any business with them but have friends and family that unfortunately do. I honestly don't see how these non caring [censored]s sleep at night. They will not work with anyone and do their best to kick someone repeatedly when they're down. Horrible people.

Credit Card Companies increased my fixed rate from 3.8% to 29%. I refused to pay. Since then Sessoms & Rogers has taken my real estate. They still call me 4 - 10 times each day. Just delivered another court summons to exempt which I refuse to do.

Sessoms & Rogers are dishonest and harass to no end.

Bank of America trippled my interest rate without cause and tacked on about $1000 that I did not owe. They would not take payments and insisted on payment in full despite the fact that they knew I was unemployed. I couldn't pay, so they sued me. They used Sessoms and Rogers. I worked out a payment plan with them and they promised that the judgement would be halted if I started making payments. I made payments and sent it in along with paperwork. They sent copies of the paperwork back to me, but said they never received the checks. Fishy. The judgement that they promised would stop, went on and of course I was ordered to pay. So, now I have yet another blemish on my credit despite the fact that I tried to rememdy the situation before court was even an issue. They are souless. They will harass you to no end. They will lie to you and try to ruin your life.
