Dear all Applicants,

This company is very fool specially in terms of salary and settlement. my friends gone for exit, they doesn't received their salary and benefits and certificate of employment which is required to all companies and establishment according to the labor law.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Who said that this company treat their employees very well?In my 6 years working in this company i never had a vacation that they never give my vacation money on time. Everytime I am contacting our division manager Magdy Abozaid he will just ignore my calls and he will neve rmake any return calls. When I experienced that my 90days visa as initial for every employee that will enter in the kingdom is already expired, the police already catch me but good thing the police give me a last chance that I should have Iqama or working ID. Many of my workmates that left already didnt receive any Working certificate even they emailed and send a letter to main office because most of the projects of these company is out of main office in Riyadh. This company dont care to their employees especially when it comes to increments. They will just promise you in interview of such increase but ots not true. So if anyone of you will hire of this company you should think carefully. Im a Engineer to this company so what more to lower class of employees.
I need to complain my exit becouse until now there is no update no benifites no plane ticket no passport, my deadline for my exit is this coming june 25, but problem is until now, no resolt not finnest.

Can somebody help me how to know if how much I will pay if I resign in this company? It is written in Saudi Labor Law article 81 that the employer cannot relocate employees without his/her permission. I already send a request of transfer letter 1 month and 1 week ago but until now I didnt get an answer from this company.

Even my cousin she go Exit they didnt give her Prometric ID & certificate of Employment, then I go to their Office they told me Still they diidnt finish signing the certificate almost 3 months now..
