I Know this is a Scam!

We write to acknowledge receipt and instructions from the BMW AUTOMOBILE COMPANY to immediately process transfers of your cash sum of £5, 075, 000.00, we have been mandated to immediately commence transfers of these funds to your nominated bank account(s).

This directive(s) mentioned above via our bank (Royal Bank Of England London, UK). Your funds have been lodged in a temporary suspense account. As you may know, a suspense account does not perform any form of international financial transaction. In the light of this, you are required to open and activate a functional account with us.

Be informed that we have a special agreement with The Board BMW AUTOMOBILE COMPANY to assist you in all matters under the International Monitory Policy to avoid the European Union Act 1968 of Money Laundry and Evasion of Liability by Deception contrary to section 2(1) of the above mention Act. This has become very necessary as you are not a registered tax payer in the UK.

Subsequent to the above we advise and recommend that it will be easy and safer for you to transfer your funds online, if you can arrange for a new bank account with our Bank, since you do not have an existing account with our Bank. Royal Bank Of England has a special account called Reserve Account, this will further allow us debit the temporary suspense account and credit your new online account with your cash sum of £5, 075, 000.00.

The above is in line with the terms and condition as a entered into with BMW AUTOMOBILE COMPANY ; this account type will be opened and activated for you without much protocol. Please understand that this account entitles you to transfer any amount to any account of your choice at all times without going through the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Therefore to have this account type (Reserve Account) opened on your behalf, you are hereby advice to download the attached account opening form, print it out, fill it very carefully then scan it back as soon as possible to facilitate the opening of account in your names.

Upon compliance with the above, a regular account will be set up on your behalf and the coordinates and other related information’s that will allow you access to your account and funds using our online banking facility will be made available for your private and immediate use.

For further information’s, I can be reached @ Mobile:(+[protected] for details.

We look forward to your prompt response; should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Thanks for your co-operation.

Best Regards,

Mr. Forlan Nicholson

Scam is what it is . Mr Nicholson is also in what I believe to be in another bank scam. He says hes the account manager for the Halifax bank in Scotland. I was sent a email saying I had won over a million pounds but needed to send all my personal details and id to this man for verification. we corresponded through email but I was reluctant to send any id photos of myself as I started to get suspicious of who he said he was. He even rang my mobile a few times telling me when am I going to complete forms etc for this so called transfer. I realised I have to bank in 5oo dollars in order to open this "account" in order for them to send the funds. The Halifax bank said it does not do any such thing asking for money off people to transfer funds, if it was won legit then there would be no such thing as transfers asking for money so it is a SCAM.
