Refund, or a new pizza etc
Hi, I got a pizza. The Maui Zaui medium, with a rootbeer. For delivery it was $50 and I didn’t get my food for 3 hours. By the time I got it. It was dry and not even warm. Very disappointing. Forgot my ranch as well. I tipped $5 expecting something good. And nothing. It was very bad. I’m pregnant with twins, and have Ben craving a good pizza:( I’m pretty upset $50 down the drain
Lost my order

On Sunday, June 11, 2023 at approximately 3:30 in the afternoon, I went to the Round Table Pizza on Regal Street on the south hill in Spokane WA with my friend and my 2 year old goddaughter. Upon entering the establishment it was void of any customers and there was nobody to greet us. As it was our first time in the restaurant we didn't know what to do. We walked through an inner door and my friend yelled out if anybody was there? A gentleman appeared and told us to be seated, to look at the menu and come up when ready to order. The menu prices were very very high. For the sake of economy we ordered a small pizza with white sauce and three toppings. Each item was priced individually. Together with a glass of beer our meal came to over $40.00. Although the restaurant was empty we waited for our order for over 45 minutes for our piZa. During this entire time no employee checked on us nor offered any explanation for the delay. Toward the end of our wait we received a phone call which prompted us to opt for our order to go due to an emergency at home. We had to call out for an employee as there were none around. A young man appeared and we told him we needed our order to go. We watched him put our pizza in a box and bring it to us. He approached us quickly with no expression and literally threw our pizza at me. He did not say anything at all. Just as we had no greeting upon our arrival, we had no words upon our exit. The pizza was very tasty yet this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The customer service was poor and our dining experience was worse. We will never frequent the Round Table Pizza again.
Desired outcome: Nothing other than for this complaint to be acknowledged and for the South Hill Round Table Pizza to know of our dissatisfaction.

Date of incident: May 26, 2023
I placed an online order for pizza and salad for carry out, with the intention that my daughter would pick it up.
AFTER the order was placed and my credit card had been charged, a box popped up on my screen saying that their new policy was that only the person who paid for the pizza would be allowed to pick it up, and that person must show the original credit card and ID. Well, I wasn’t able to pick it up, so I called the store and told them my daughter would pick it up. They said they would not allow her to pick up my order. So I told them NOT to make my pizza, and I went with a different restaurant instead.
Round Table’s new policy doesn’t make sense for a pizza restaurant.
Desired outcome: Change the policy.I would also like an apology.At the very least, let customers know about the new policy BEFORE they place an online order and pay for it.
Cancel ordering
Hello, I phone in an order at your [protected] vaness street location in san francisco. 2 mins later, my fiancé told me, there is an online special that I can get, two pizza for an extra $5. I call back to ask about it, the manager at the location told me they didn’t offer this at their location. I told him I would like to cancel and order it at a different location that offer it. He then told me that the pizza is already ready to be picked up. I asked him in 3 mins within my ordering, how is that possible? He then told me I can’t cancel and had to pick it up for $48.00 total. Then hung up on me. I checked the price online and the total for the special, for two pizza is $44.00. While I was checking the prices, I received a call back from the same person telling if I wish to cancel, he would put a note on their computer, and blackball me and hung up on me again. I would like to file a complaint on that location for trying to overcharge me to begin with and forbid to cancel. That was very rude and like an apology.
Desired outcome: Would like an apology from the manager. And an investigation into overcharging people whenever they feel like it.

I orderd a pizza at 558 pm no pizza was delivered as of 710 so I called [protected] it goes to a call center they sent me to the local round table. Girl on phone said there were computer problems and my pizza was not on order. But she was able to see my order and either make it and deliver it almost 2.5 hours late or I could cancel. I canceled she said that’s the best she could do and hung up. I called back to confirm my order was canceled and make sure with an email my $34.12 was going to be refunded. The call center is a joke. I will never recommend or order from here again. Least they could have done was comp a pizza or at least say we will wave delivery charges.

Small pizza
On April 28, 2923 at 6:00 in Windsor I ordered extra cheese on my pizza but got less cheese that the regular amount! And this was the second time in two months that this has happened. Apparently extra cheese means less cheese! Furthermore, the cheese wasn't even close to the edge of the pizza. If the poor quality continues, I'll be going elsewhere!
