Roses Discount Store Nasty cashier

I was in store # 562 and had cashier Ed on 3/10/24. I needed to use the bathroom and was told to lock up when finished as they keep the door locked. It was not when I went in. Very bad attitude when asked and the keys were thrown to me. I ended up having him check me out and he was one of the most nasty and rude cashier I have ever delt with. At this point I do not recommend going to this store.

Roses Discount Store An employee /manager

Friday January 5th about 2:00 p.m. what I assume was the manager approached me and told me that I had to leave. He took my buggy away from me as I was heading to the register and wouldn't give me an explanation . He was loud and rude and I'm completely confused and mortified. He refused to give me any details or reasons behind his actions. I'm known for my retail positions and this is a really small town and I'm completely mortified. I've been in his position before and I know for a fact he did not handle it appropriately. He said he was calling the police so I had to go . I deserve answers

Roses Discount Store Rude customer service!

A family member of mine went to the Opelika location and the cashier was rude and had a disgusted look on her face as she rung up my family member. She didn’t speak back and when asked to repeat the total she gave a rude remark. Cashier didn’t have a problem speaking to other customers before and after this family member. This ain’t the first time this has happened at this location and it’s likely the same lady. Not sure what people think when they sign up for customer service jobs especially if they don’t like certain races!

Roses Discount Store I love this store

I lived in Orangeburg SC and had the pleasure of shopping in Roses. I love this store. I now live in Colorado and we have no Roses Why we need one. Why do you not offer online shopping?

Roses Discount Store Cashier

I visited Roses today around 1:45 p.m. I want to check out the cashier Gloria Hall. I spoke, and she barely opened her mouth. I put my poinsettia down, and the first thing she said was "I don't see the price, you need to go get another one she pushed my flower back and told some more customers to come on. Her attitude was very nasty and the way she treated me was unacceptable. She did not even put the poinsettia in a bag or hand it to me. I have never had this problem with Roses before and I hope it is taken care of.

Roses Discount Store Rude

I went too the Roses in Covington Georgia on November the 23rd. The lady who checked me out was rude and nasty... no personality at all. I even tried to carry a conversation with her but she never responded. When I questioned the amount of the purchase and was looking at her computer screen, she told me to look at the screen in front of me. Well the transaction was already completed so there was nothing on that screen, so as I am looking at the receipt she calls for the next customer. So I of course walked off at this time. Then the day after Thanksgiving I had to return an item and the lady who waited on me then was the manager. I asked her did she need my card and she said I would need to insert it. So I was waiting for her to tell me to insert my card and I look up and she is glaring at me... so I am thinking this is weird and then she says insert your card.

WOW just wow... very nasty. I have never said this in my life but it is obvious they do not like white people. Very sad this is what our world has come to. I will never shop at a Roses again.

Roses Discount Store I’m an we’ll was as of today I’ve been bully talked down too by a another employee.

I’m an employee of roses at Arlington in Jacksonville fl. I never been poorly treated by management keep the same team they have for years but others disappear or call out cus they don’t like how they been treated by management. These things start small when they are trying to cover for an employee that has been there for the longest talking about Corperate being there an how they need to hurry up an leave so they can go back to doing them. I was not properly trained at this store so when corporate started showing up all of sudden I’m getting told by other employees you can’t have this an that if they ask say this an that like why? So today I was being bullied by another csm saying I didn’t have no void slips for a transaction that happen nearly two weeks ago then after I go an tell on her about she had done to me she decides to continue to tell me I have to sign a right up I’m saying for what what did I do an why this wasn’t told to me before now? I have to talk about this to some one or I’m going to have to get legal im tired of managers getting away with things like this an then try to blame stuff on new people that come in an knowing they can careless about what you have to say cause your new an can be replaced.

Roses Discount Store Customer service

I visited 2400 S. Memorial Dr Roses #1842 in Greenville, NC today 11/20/23 and experienced the worst experience of my life. I walked in the store with my ROSES tote bag that I BOUGHT THERE, and as I was shopping I overheard someone on the intercom say "security check." Then, I was approached by an associate saying that I needed to leave my bag up front. I told the associate that I was shopping. The associate didn't explain policy as to why I had to leave my ROSES tote up front. It was basically like I was being accused of stealing even though it wasn't verbally said. I bought a Roses tote bag from the store, but I can't shop with it in the store? Explain that to me. I work in retail and I know people are trained not to approach a customer even if they suspect them of something. I wish the associate would've pulled me to the side and explained to me that I needed to take the items out of my bag and place them in cart, or that it wasn't allowed for me to carry the Roses tote bag. The associate didn't do that. I work hard, I don't steal. That was not only embarrassing, it was very INSULTING. No other customers should ever have to go through that, that was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Roses Discount Store Sports bras brand new

I bought 3 set of sport bras for my mother but they didn’t fit her. The are brand new with tags on them. The customer services was terrible because I couldn’t get a store credit or exchange for a different size. Why they don’t share that information when they are selling item at checkout. Final sales on this or communicate to customers. I work for a big company costco. I don’t think it’s right that not even let me get something else to exchange this bras. Roses Discount Store Overcharged

On Oct 2 2023 I purchased a skirt from this store. The skirt was 9.99. It was on sale for 5.00 then 50% off of the sale price. I noticed when I got home I was charged full price. I called and was told to bring it back. It was before the 30 day limit. The cashier tells me she cannot refund the 7.00 nor let me get anything in the store for my overage.

Claimed loss: 7.00

Desired outcome: To either get my refund or be able to make it right

Roses Discount Store Customer service / cashier

Receipt shows Cashier: Natalie 10/13/2023 @ 13:07 Cashier did not acknowledge me as I was placing my items for purchase. She was trying to fix the receipt paper and then reached for her beverage to quench her thirst. To my surprise, then reached for her cell phone, selected her music, put in her earpods and began to enjoy the music by moving her body. Then asked me if I was paying by cash or card. After counting my cash twice (22 one's while still enjoying her earpods) she tried handing my receipt to my 10 yrs old grandchild who did not except it. Then handed it to me. Training needed

Roses Discount Store Short on my refund

Refund me jeans 11.99 2 pairs pjs 9.99 each and mans shirt 6.99 he gave me 37.43 back no ticket and I sign refund slip I think he shorted me 5.94.he didn’t put my taxes back on it I think he was new. Roses Discount Store Refund on jeans 11.99 2 pairs pj 9.99 each a mens shirt 6.99 he gave me 37.43 I think he owes me 5.94

I return a pair of men’s jeans 11.99 2 pairs of pajamas 9.99 each and a mens shirt 6.99 the Afro guy gave me back 37.43 the total was 38.96 plus tax I live in tenn .he did not return my receipt but had me sign a piece of paper. I think he owes me 43.37 tax in it my name is carol Boone 2733 Gap Creek road hampton tenn 37658 . He owes me 5.94 I think he was new.

Roses Discount Store Service

I was a few mins (unknowingly) to the store and the doors were open so I walked in to only be meet by an extremely rude cashier that states to me “oh no ma’am you can’t come in here”as she aggressively walked towards me. I was completely confused and asked why. Then she states “we ain’t open yet”. I asked the time of opening hours and she states 12. I was completely unaware it was a few mins before noon. Now if she were to have nicely asked me to wait till the store opened and explained it was before opening time I would not be making this complaint. It was the attitude and aggressive posture she had walking toward me as if she were about to push me out the store. This store is on Lincoln Road in Monroe, Louisiana. Your employees need customer service skills .

Roses Discount Store MANAGEMENT/Training

The overall business of these stores is ridiculous...I have never worked for a company that has not supported there employees if the become sick or stuck to the times they are to clock out of work...the company acts as though the employees don't have lives or children to take care of...they want you to move fast and get things done when you basically have eight or ten employees and don't want to send other people to the store to help out... but want your store to send employees to help out another store.. what kind of bs is that... personally upper mgmt does not care about any of their employees , you could be in an accident but who cares they just want the store open...say you have a dire emergency what then? Thaes ppl need to do empathy training because the don't give a [censored] about their employees and I understand that now

Roses Discount Store Service

The roses on Brent lane in Pensacola have horrible customer service. They harass my mother as she shopped through the liquidation sale also called the police on her because she had multiple items that other customer wanted and told her that she was shopping too much. There was very rude from the manager to the staff employees also did not D escalate an altercation from another customer that went out to my mother, but yet called the police on her.

Also employee come in the store to get with out pay the correct price..

Desired outcome: New staff employees everybody need to be replace they harass my mother so no supervisor should not be a supervisor with a nasty attitude

Roses Discount Store Men's restroom

I went to you're store in Brewton ,Alabama on 08/19/2023 at 12:45pm while shopping I went to use the men's restroom the floor was dirty there was piss stains around the toilet there was toilet paper on the floor there was [censored] smeared on the stall wall it had been there a while it was dried . The toilet paper dispencer was broken when I went to wash my hand the soap dispenser cover was missing went to dry my hand with the hand blower it didn't work no way to dry your hands in the restroom as I was leaving I noticed the light switch cover was missing easy for a kid to get electrocuted the manger and employee's at that store doesn't care about there work environment it doesn't take any time to sweep and mop a floor and the manager is responsible for getting work orders submitted for repairs the company needs to ensure there employee's are doing what there suppose to do this was the worst restroom I ever been in

Roses Discount Store Refund policy

On August 03. 2023 I purchased a bathing suit from the store in Whiteville, NC

for a Special Olympics event. Due to inclement weather, the event was cancelled, and the bathing suit was not worn. When I went to return the suit, I was informed that it could not be refunded despite the fact that it had not been worn and it was the policy, nor could I receive store credit.

I am requesting a refund for the following reasons:

It is not stated on the receipt this item could not be returned or refunded.

It is not stated in the area where this item is located that it cannot be refunded or returned.

It's not stated at any of the cash registers where the transactions are processed this item could not be returned or refunded.

This item has not been worn but it is prohibited from being tried on in the dressing room despite knowing store sells irregular fitting items.

As a customer, this store had plenty of opportunities for it to be known and shown that a refund or exchange would not be afforded to me prior to making the purchase. Awareness from the store would have allowed me to make an informed decision and feel good about my purchase while assuming all. This store denied me of this chance and to keep my money demonstrates an operation in bad faith. I am seeking a restitution to return this item and obtain a full refund for bathing suit.

Roses Discount Store Rude managers

I am at ex employee roses express in Winder, Georgia. Johna (Manager)& Yvette (Assistant Manager) are very rude to me. I tried explaining the situation and my personal the best that I could they would not let me explain myself and cut me off to where I can’t get a word in. they do not care about their employees I need to speak with corporate. Time 4:20pm
