Do NOT do business with these crooks. Thought I was reserving directly with Shilo Inn. Site said $79 per night and only after I booked and provided credit card info, saw they charged an additional $71.69 for "tax recovery charges and service fees". Ridiculous! I immediately called Roomstays customer service and after being delayed by the automated system, then by the representative who asked me to confirm all the details of the transaction was abruptly hung up on. After calling back I was told only half the fees could be credited because my cancellation was outside of the "cancellation... - Wisconsin / Complaints easily resolved when I contacted them

My family and I traveled to Cape Coral Florida for our annual vacation and I was trying to use points from my Master Card to pay for two nights of our four night stay, but I wanted to make sure that we had the same room for all four nights and were not forced to move. The folks at were extremely helpful and made a note in my reservation with the Resort at Marina Village ( and when we checked in we were very happy to find out that they had all the information. Not only did they not make us move, but they upgraded us to a fabulous 2 bedroom... / Terrible Customer Service

DO NOT USE for your hotel booking arrangements, 1) their customer service is non-existent! 2) they don't refund your money (credit card) within a reasonable time (according to their website, its 3 business days), and 3) they take the money immediately! I have been trying to get a refund for a room cancellation, which the hotel approved, for over 2 weeks. I can't get any one from customer service to respond either by email or phone! They are horrible and I would not recommend anyone using them! Go to or one of the other reliable booking agents.
