face lift serum
When I and my family were walking on the street, a lady approached to us for a free body cream sample. She told us to follow her and took us inside of the store. She put some serum on my face and kept talking how their products are great and now I can get one for free if I buy one. I bought the serum and it was $1500. She told me she would write down how to use it but actually she didn't. I used it that night and my face got hot and red. I think it is too strong for my skin. I wonder how to return them and saw the reciept and realized that it says "final sale" and "no refund." She didn't mention about it anything though. I remember she gave me a business card so that I can contact her if I want more products. I emailed the address on the card but the mail was failed. I am out of the country and haven't tried to call her. I guess all I can do is to give up on the refund.
ocean mind body soul instant face lift
Hi tony,
My wife liz and I were in last week, we are from australia, I am tall and wore I short black leather jacket.
My wife and I have tried to apply the ocean body and soul treatment (before we fly back to australia tomorrow) and although the applicator has been with us and in no extremes of temperature it has gone solid and we are unable to use the liquid in the applicator tube. Not one drop.
We are sending the tube back to you and expect a refund. We have also launched a complaint with our credit card company who will now take up the issue.
I trust you will respond or your management will.

This company does business under a variety of different names, including Rodeo Cosmetics and Adore Cosmetics. They are located at 332 N Rodeo Drive. I am posting to help others who may be scammed and not realize their legal right to return the product.
