Rocky Mountain Resort Management NO COMPLAINTS!

I'm actually submitting a NO COMPLAINT message just to make sure that when people Google RMRM they get a more well-rounded impression. I have been using RMRM to rent out my duplex in Summit county for a couple of years. They have been GREAT to work with. Even in a dead economy they've been able to rent my place out. Their maintenance guy Keith is fabulous. He's very conscientious about making sure everything is in proper order for renters before they arrive. And he's also great with preventative maintenance ideas.

Keep in mind when you're renting from a resort management company, they do not own the properties. It's up to the owners to keep the units in good condition.

I'm not disputing the experiences that the others on this site had. I just thought I'd throw my 2 cents out there too.

Finally - someone willing to fight against the people who I have found out simply did not want to pay there bills. RMRM rates A++++ in my book!

all I can say to no Complaints" you have been lucky And if you keep on renting from them you luck will run out. When they screw up and forget to do some needed maintence and when you are the lucky one to be renting the unit when it all falls apart. Then you will see what wonderful custmer service they have. You need to judge a company not when everything goes great but when things dont go as planed then see how they handle it. And I will tell you what Rocky Mountain Resort Management gets an "F" on custermer service!

On saturday July 18 we arrived at are condo on 129 Granit St in Frisco (MCJS) for a 2 week stay rented from Rocky Mountain Resort. We stayed at same condo laster summer with no proublms at all. Rocky Mountain Resort Management Deceptive billing Practices

Hired them to rent our condo. Results were 90% below previous years. Plus, when they saw they were going to get the commissions they anticipated, they arbitrarily inflated charges (7% credit card fees, 80% increase in cleaning fees, a fee to make electronic keys equal to what a locksmith would charge) when other people used the unit. Unprofessional, deceptive billing practices, poor customer service, terrible business results. Avoid at all costs.

I have never dealt with a more unethicial company in my life. What really drives me crazy is he screws you and then puts a bible passage at the end of the bill or email. A really sorry individual. I sincerely feel sorry for him and me for all the money he overbilled me.

We haven't had a booking yet, and have been billed over 2, 000 for linens, cleanings that cost more than a nights stay for guests we booked ourselves. I wish I never signed up for this service, and I don' have the time and energy to break the contract. Has anyone had success fighting the system with them. I have paid up, but feel so ripped off.

Rocky Mountain Resort Management erroneous billings on statement

I hired this company to rent out my condo and they continously submit erroneous expenses on my monthly statements. They were attempting to over charge me over $2000 for false expense. I would not recommend anyone using them

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ABUSED...YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BUTT. 80% lower rentals, higher overall costs even though they show a lower percentage. The old, get you in and hope you don't read the fine print. Don';t get caught like I did.

You should submit your complaints to /link removed/ Once a company has 2 complaints on it, it automatically will come up in the search engine permanently as long as this scam artist company exists.

Rocky Mountain Resorts Management has had 7 issues in this past year with false charges made. Jeff the president is well known for ripping people off.

He had 2 or 3 issues that we cleared up as soon as we made us aware, and he is at 100% so I am not sure why he is even posting this complaint. Everything he stated was handled with the utmost professionalizm! RMRM 888.700.2754 ext 115 with questions.

Agree 100%. Deceptive billing, billing errors, poor service. Avoid at all costs, if you are an owner, or a renter.
