BE CAREFUL this company will try to do anything to not honor their promised.

I have completed 20 deals which qualified me for $750 gift card and also cost me nearly $ 200 to pay for all the subscriptions service just to be told I was disqualified. When I asked what made disqualified they wont answer you! They will just send you the link to their ToS. Which i followed every single one to the T.

So once again BE CAREFUL this company COMPLETE SCAM.

I have claimed a $100 reward from Reward Zone USA 3 times, and I always wait the minimum 60 days to submit a new one. I always complete at least 20 deals and have to spend countless hours submitting emails and screenshots just to get credited for the smallest reward. They sell my info and I have to change my email and number, but I ALWAYS informed them of my updated info. They send emails telling me they updated my info and to keep doing deals. Now suddenly, they disqualified me once they couldnt make any more money and had pay jy reward. They know what theyre doing and they do it to countless individuals while they lick their fingers counting the cash we earned. This company needs to be shutdown and made to pay restitution and what they owe. I have thousands of harassing emails and texts from them selling my info. If anyone knows of a class action suit i can join or an attorney that handles these kinds of cases let me know

I joined the reward zone and followed all the requirements for me to be able to earned rewards. The system recognized that I earned $100 gift card but there’s no option for me to cash it out. I contacted the member support, and they send me an email where I can claim it. I followed all the instruction where it tells me to click a link so I can do ID verification. But it didn’t go anywhere. It says that I will receive a 4 digit code where I can take a photo of my ID. But I did not receive anything on my email! I spent money for subscriptions to earn those rewards and yet the website and email in claiming my rewards doesnt let me claim my $100 gift card! Scammers!

I was promised a prize of a $1000 Klarna gift card after completing surveys/incentives/purchases the company provides. I followed the instructions that Level Up Rewards aka Rewards Zone USA LLC gave but am still unable to claim the reward.I contacted this company multiple times from the start about issues I was encountering with deals not crediting after each deal was completed. I have attempted multiple times for the past months to email, researching for any/all contact information to reach this company because they do not easily have this information available for consumers to reach them.

I attempted calling but no one ever answers.I have also attempted forwarding messages to their site. I have attempted to forward multiple emails, and I have followed instructions in providing the supporting documents the company advised me to send at the link they have provided. Each time I have continuously advised none of my evidence/supporting documents for deals completed are not acceptable. I believe this has been a pattern of a tactic to avoid fulfilling the $1000 gift card I have earned.

Pattern of Complaint Per BBB:

BBB files indicate a Pattern of Complaints concerning the company's marketing practices and fulfillment of services. Consumers are telling BBB about their experiences after participating in a survey/contest offered by Reward Zone USA LLC. A number of consumers allege that they were promised a prize, such as a $1000 gift card if they completed the surveys/incentives the company provides. Many of these consumers allegedly followed the instructions that Rewards Zone USA LLC gave but are still unable to claim the reward. A number of consumers say they are inundated by pop-ups and emails from the company and experience difficulty in unsubscribing from the notifications.

As of July 2022, consumers continue to report problems with offer credit calculations and reward fulfillment from incentive surveys they have allegedly taken for the company. BBB notes persistent issues in the complaints about delays in claiming promised rewards and difficulty and frustration experienced by customers in getting the company to address their concerns.

I recently had my account banned due to allegations of using a VPN and cancelling deals. However, I have since confirmed with my credit card company that one of the charges was fraudulent and has been stopped. I have also offered to resolve the issue, but have received no response from your team.

I have sent multiple emails to request a review of the deals in question, but still have not received a response. As a result, I am considering taking legal action through small claims court and my credit card company if this matter is not addressed soon.

I kindly request a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

Okay. So I've restarted this program three times now. I have been emailing them about my 500 claim for the last week. And just today they say my screen shots I sent them of deals I've completed are not good enough. Mind you... I have two deals on level four that were supposed to credit for level 5 and they keep telling me I need more deals. And tomorrow my reward expires the 60 days?

They will not respond back to me. Seems like an outright SCAM to me.

Hi so I'm missing a bunch of credits and no matter what I do no matter what screenshot I take and show them they keep denying it and saying that unfortunately they're not good enough proof of completion and tell me to do all these deals all over again and I'm not going to do that but I would like to get my reward even if it's $100 one even though I'm up to the $250 reward all together done probably about 16 or so deals/offers. Oh yeah and one of the offers/deals said I would get a $25 dollar gift card as well if I registered myself on the deals website which is oneperkplace.com screenshot shows completion and everything

Upon informing Reward Zone USA of these violations and demanding the legal $3,000 per violation ($6,000) in a demand letter, they told me that they are in contact with some affiliate network who is responsible for sending the two text messages.

I never heard back from them until I had to file to sue them for the illegal text messages. They offered to settle my demand for $3,000 in an attempt to protect the affiliate network's identity. (Yes. You can also get paid for pursuing your rights). I have been nothing short of harassed by HUNDREDS of text messages from spoofed phone numbers by a single source, and Reward Zone USA is affiliated with this single source who has been harassing me day and night with incessant text messages for months and months.

I hold strongly that my issue warrants federal attention and I will not settle for their attempts to cover for their friends as I am building my case to pursue and then hand off to the feds for even further investigation.

If you have received text messages that lead to RewardZone USA websites (or anyone else for that matter), I can show you how to legally and easily collect up to $3,000 for every text message you received from them, even if you participated in their little game after they texted you. In return for my showing you how Reward Zone owes you this money (if they texted you, they owe you!) and how to collect, I will ask that you provide me with any evidence that you may collect along the way so that I may build my case against Reward Zone and their affiliate.

If you would like to learn how to get these and ALL text spam to stop, you do it by making these companies pay you in accordance with a law called the TCPA. If you received a text from Reward Zone, the very first thing you MUST do is record the affiliate link in the URL of the landing page. Once you have that, you're good to go. Help me build my case against Reward Zone and their affiliate networks and I will sow you how to collect for damages for which you might not know you are owed money. I need other people to build these cases so that I can collect the public evidence these cases will create...as you get seriously paid!

Their little "get $1,000 in rewards" game is cute, but they already owe you that just by sending you a text message that you didn't ask to receive and they know they are knowingly and willfully violating the law because they've been sued for this before.

Also, keep in mind that you should collect what you are owed through the courts. NEVER SIGN ANYTHING with RewardZone USA or an affiliate network. They are tricky and can get you sign away rights to collect money for the other text messages you received from seemingly different source that may actually be the same source. I can show you how to collect for every text message you have received as long as you can collect the affiliate links...or maybe even if you can't.

Just contact me if you have contacted by RewardZone USA. I'll get you seriously paid and I ask for nothing in return except the public record to which I will naturally have access...because it's public.

Also, if you have received text messages for Reward Zone, there is an excellent chance you've received other text messages as well that are from the same affiliate network. I'll show you how to collect for every single spoofed text message you ever got. Just get those affiliate links!

I completed all the deals to cash out. I had few that didn't credit so I asked for help with them. At this point after spending $200 and 2 weeks of my life, I was disqualified because I already did the program. However, I did not. I participated in Flashrewards which is its affiliate, but you can do both. I know because I asked beforehand both companies beforehand. I also have seen 2 other people complete both, and got advice on how I should proceed. When I brought this to their attention, they switched to messaging a me on the email address I completed the other program with claiming I attempted to circumvent rules with a new email. I have multiple emails and I used a completely separate email for 2 separate programs, their website is literally so messed up, when you ask for help one site it routes you to the same zendesks. And they act like they can't understand what you're saying. I will go to arbitration becasue you scammed the wrong one.

I've turned in my Deals, Reciets and credit card. Waiting on my 4ditgit code .

On 6/16/2022 was charged $89.95. After contacting support department, was offered 50 percent of charge returned, after declining was offered 80 percent of fraudulent Charge returned.

I completed almost all the deals I email them a screenshot of the final level I was on to complete $4,000 I went back to sign in to complete the $1,000 cuz I was at like $750 and they have pushed me all the way back down to level three and now rewards on USA is not trying to acknowledge it even though I'm showing in the screenshot that says final level before getting $1,000 I'm going to attach a screenshot to this

I agreed to pay $1 for shipping on a phone I supposedly won. I've been charged twice for other services I did not agree to or sign up for. One was $9.95 the other $99.95! I don't even know what the charges are for.I want a full refund and my name off whatever list I was contacted from!

Cancel all transactions and my bank has been notified of said scam!

I placed an order on may 5th 2022 with order number 547729ffob they charged me and said they would mail it within 3-5 days it has been a month and nothing. Why do they scam people like that. I will press charges if i don't get my phone because even thou it was like 4.00 that they charged my imagen if they ordered like 100000 imagine. That is a ripp off. My phone number is [protected].

For weeks, I had been completing surveys through cashapp22.com. I had to constantly reach out to support to get deals manually credited to my account. Last minute, after I completed a 19th deal, I was told that I am disqualified because I had completed deals months ago. However, that was from rewardzone usa at a previous address. I was marketed for cashapp22.com for this go round. I wasn't even offered the $100 reward you are supposed to get should you return after 60 days to do deals. I am annoyed because this was a waste of my time and money. Customer support is useless and have no clue what to do. Reward zone has made money off of me completing deals and have sold my new info while I received nothing. They keep switching and using different names such as rewardzone, levelup, cashapp22, rewardspot, etc to mislead people into thinking these are different companies. They go back and forth on what the terms and conditions are.

Also, I never received my referral fee for referring someone to complete their deals as promised.

I've received multiple emails saying my 1000 payment to PayPal is ready and yet I can't get an email to receive my money. ? Like I don't know if this is a joke but I need my payment.
