Renualt battery

Renault had replaced my battery in July 2017, as my car was still in warranty, i didn't pay anything, the old battery last for 1 year and 10 months, the new battery efficiency started to decreased after 5 months, after 1 mouth later, my battery has died completely, so the new one with Renualt name on it last just 6 months ! which is impossible, unless it is defective one.
so i called customer care on 12/01 and explained the case, they ask me to go to service center next day to replace it for free as this is Renualt's fault, and no battery at least last less than one year, when i went to the center on 13/01, they refused to deal with the case, as it was Sat. and the management was day off !, and told me that it's not their problem and i shouldn't complaint, they give just warranty if i pay for it but as i got it for free, i don't have the right to complain!
so how is Renualt gives a customer a defective battery with its name one it and get so upset when the customer complaint, how i trust your center again if i need to buy, fix or even maintain my car, how the customer service is so unprofessional, and give the customer wrong data, and act as nothing happened and have no courtesy to even solve what they do
i was so happy when i bought my car, now i am so disappointed with what happened.
as my battery now died, i request a new one, and a refund for each day i am going to use taxi to go to my work or any other place
Kindly try to handle my complaint as quick as possible, because i can't dispense it for a long period or i will buy one, and i request you to give me its price.

i just want to add that the battery itself written on it 3 years guarantee
