Rehoboth Long Coat German Shepherds review: money not returned

I live in Massachusetts, I paid in full $2, 475.00, (2000 for pup 475 for air fare), for a pup from Rehoboth Long Coat German Shepherds, located in Efland, N.C. I signed a contract stating the $500.00 deposit was non refundable. The Dam did not become pregnant (only 2 pups from last litter, may be an older dog). I tried for a week to reach the owner Virginia Grant-Wise. After a week, she got back to me to say she would "to really think about what you're asking me". The next day, I was unfriended from her facebook. When I asked, I was told because I posted derogatory messages, and threatened her family. This is not true, I have all the messages I posted, and can prove it. AND, i never would have posted anything had she returned my emails, or phone calls, or texts. But she didn't. So, essentially, she said we have a contract, and i'm not getting money back. Today, 3 weeks later, she has now removed me from the waiting list. So, no money back $1975, and no puppy. I think this is criminal.
