RBW SLNDGUIDE review: I don't know how they got my card number! 8

I have a charge $39.90 posting to my account and I too do not have a relationship with this company. Never provided my account information. When I called my number and card number could not be found in the automated system.

I just canceled a product I received from New Age Skin Care and after the unpleasant discussion about how I was not pleased about how they handled the situation, I received notification from my credit card about the $19.95 on my CC from 888-896-4942SLNDGUIDE. So it sounds like the same sort of scam. So, if you purchase anything online from the 'special offer', 'free sample' type of sites, they will get your information and try to get the $ from you one way or another. So I suggest to NEVER buy from any company that you do not know or that looks even slightly suspicious. Do NOT order ANYTHING through Facebook - nothing. If you see something you like. Look it up in a different browser window, not through FB. That is how they get you. Good Luck

I also had a $19.65 charge from them on my debit card. I don't know how they got my information but I also have no idea what to do next. What a bogus, bottom dwelling scam!

WE DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY GOT OUR NUMBER, BUT I CHECK OUR ACCOUNT DAILY AND THERE IT WAS A CHARGE OF 19.95 FROM RBW COMPANY .WE WILL DISPUTE THIS AND HOPEFULLY THIS COMPANY WILL GET STOPED.

In May and again in November (2013) my bank paid $19.65 to this company RBW SLNDGUIDE, which some how got a hold of my debit card number. I seem to also have a pending $19.65 charge, which is unposted as of 12/31/2013. I looked back through my statements and have noticed one more $19.65 charge also from TEXAS, however the company name listed is DIET LEADER. and was charged to my account in July. My guess, it's the same scam. . The charges both listed as "Visa Debit POS Purchase" the ending info on transaction description IDs the state of origin as TEXAS.

How they're able to process these charges and the banks don't have security measures that flag the amounts and other matching info, makes me leary of the banking industry. Your money, that the bank uses to make the bank more money, the bank says is insured. Yet, when something like this comes up, the account holder is the one left having to prove that they are honest and did nothing.

How long does it take before the credit card companies and the banks step up and do something about this?

I'm not sure why I checked my debit card account online, I just had a feeling, I needed to look at it. There was a payment to rbwslndguide, which i did not authorize.I had no idea what this company was until I looked online. I weigh 105 lbs, so I don't need any diet products. My debit card is for my severly ###ed daughters disability, so these jerks stole from a disabled child. I have no clue how they got my card number, but I have to wait 5 to 10 days for replacement card, which is total bullcrap. So, I'll have to borrow money to make it thru till new card comes. I also called and got robot answering machine and they couldn't find my account. Because I don't have a freaking account. I am so upset over this, because I might not get my $19.65 back, Master Card has to investigate, and asked me to testify if they prosecute. Which I am looking forward to doing, i want to see these creeps in jail. ###

My bank has paid 19.65 to this and when I called the number a robot answering system could not find any account using my phone#, zip code or the last 4#'s of my debit card. How they got "preauthorized" to take my monjes is unknown..
