I stopped here the other night after work to get gas and play lotto. How and why would an establishment such as this size not have lotto paper. This is not the first time I was told this. The cashier said they ran out of lotto paper. I found that hard to believe. I decided to go down the street to Murphy’s instead and gas and play lotto. Another gentleman as well did the same. I Also notice the complaints go unrecognized but I’m filling it anyway.

10/11 Used outside truck fueling pinpad purchased $76 had hold placed for $350 and later debited my account that amount twice=$700

Have already called my bank and was told it’s RaceTrac doing.

Trying to reach RaceTrac to replace gas card. Ended up speaking to a foreign speaking person that I could not understand well. Then got scammed into signing up for MVQ Your ID Solution. BUT, he kept promising to connect me to RaceTrac customer service if I would listen to 1 more thing. Very deceiving and sneaky. I think this company should be investigated, shut down and charged with deception and theft.

I buy gas in the mornings at 5:15 am at the Racetrac in Yulee Florida. IT SEEMS TO NEVER HAVE RECEIPT TAPE. I called the store and spoke to a manager and he said sorry but nothing has changed. I wrote in a complaint already to the local store and not only did I NOT receive any response from anyone this morning the same thing happened. I try to print a receipt and it says it is printed but it is out of tape and doesn't print. One time it told me to go inside but I am on my way to work and never have time.

I try to save money by using this gas station but it is getting harder and harder for me to use it. I put my receipts in FETCH to try to save even more and it will not take receipts that I print off the website.

This took place at the Racetrac on the corner of Oakridge Rd and John Young Pkwy in Orlando, FL around 1 or 1:30 PM during second shift.

A rude African American woman who is an employee there cursed at me and made racist comments towards me, a frequent customer. She was very rude and discriminated against me for asking if the fountain was working for the drinks.

I want this employee fired or I will be contacting my lawyer and suing for defamation and slander.

She made very rude and racist comments and discriminated against me. All because I asked a question about the fountain if it was working.

I am sitting outside the store, it is 1:39 pm. I went in to purchase a hot dog but the drawer was empty. I proceeded to the next drawer but all the buns were as hard as rocks. This makes me skeptical about the freshness of the rest of the food. I eventually found a bun but it was cold. I informed the cashier and the response was a thank you, with no action taken.

Hours of operation. Everywhere I look, I see it posted that Racetrac is Open 24hrs. I find that to be very misleading when your employees lock the doors for hours at a time, nightly, I find it hard to believe that it is a company thing because The times that they choose to do this varies from night to night. The two I experience this with the most our Lawrenceville and Bethlehem. My complaint is if you’re going to say your 24 hours then be 24 hours. If you’re going to close then stop with the 24 hours [censored] and let us know when you’re going to close so we don’t pull into your gas station, turn our car off and get out in the cold. This is infuriating and do you know who never pulls this [censored]? Quiktrip!
