On 7th August my wife paid current bill at Qubee Shop at Lilly Apartments, secondlast day of long holidays and well within due date of August 8, 2013. Over the holidays they restricted access (effectively denied use) and gave credit for payment made on August 15 and restored service on 16th. To add insult to injury, they have charged surcharge for late payment. On August 30 I emailed them to correct status or close the service w.e.f. September 1, 2013. Qubee sold me Qubee Sky Package(Unlimited) 1 Mbps but I never get more than 312 Kbps. At first I was getting almost more than 1 Mbps but now I barely get 312 Kbps if I am lucky. Whereas Qubee is giving full bandwidth to customers with limited data volume pack and they pay one third of my monthly rate. Qubee's customer service is really bad nobody ever receives call, a music is playing continuously but no one is receiving the call. If a put complaint no action is taken. That is why I am posting a complain in this website.
