Private party Will fraud

The last time I saw my brother Jimmy was in September 2012. They were to amputate his foot so I went to visit for moral support. They didn’t amputate but he was in a Hospice home for months. In October Heather initiated a Will for Jimmy. My brother Richard was not informed of this action although he was readily available. The witness was a gentleman friend of Heathers. Why not one of the Hospice ladies? Was the on duty Hospice lady available? Is it mentioned in her log? Heather stated I was left out of the Will because Jimmy knew he was going to live longer than me. Jimmy had a Will in effect, the administrator was Vergil but it was not found. Among the papers Richard found was one that had things noted, like questions one would make notes about. Virgil’s name was on the paper, she didn’t know Virgil so I surmise that she had read the Will, if so she probably destroyed it. Heather was employed by Jimmy as an administrative clerk & has known him for years.
Neither Richard nor I found any money or jewelry other than loose change, but Jimmy used to have $100.00 bills in a boot in the closet & a Rolex watch.
Richard picks up Jimmy’s mail in Avila Beach. One day I opened an envelope from the Credit Union in Los Angeles & there was a request to add Bruce’s name to the account, but it needed another signature from Jimmy. Had this been completed there would be no question as to who was to get the money in the account.
The night Jimmy died; there was no Hospice Lady on duty. Heather volunteered to stay with Jimmy & she was with him when he died. Richard says that Jimmy had “Sundowner Syndrome” which means he had dementia.
I don’t think Jimmy knew what he was signing; he was influenced by whatever Heather told him. Richard & I went to visit his Doctor but were informed that I could not get his Medical Records without a Court Order. Richard has requested the Hospice records to no avail. But there is a fly in the ointment there. The lady in charge of the Hospice is a good friend of Heather & Bruce’s wife Debora.

Private party stolen vehicle

This Co. solicited itself as a company that would take over the payments on my truck. They sent me fake paperwork stating that my vehicle would be placd with a fleet service and all services would be handled and my loan paid off. They said they had to have a notorized power of attorney for my truck. They arranged for a shipping Co. to come and get my truck and deliver it to a dealership for inspection and mileage verification which all sounded reasonable. Well my truck has disappeared, my loan payment has not been paid on once, the rep (Mark Taffet) doesn't return calls or e-mails, and after some tough searching, doesn't appear to exist. The registration to the Co. is done by proxy which means that is was done by a third party to avoid disclosing real ownership through privacy laws. The address of record in Houston, Tx is an office building with no record of Auto Lease Locators. I finally had to turn this matter over to the police as a stolen vehicle, report it to my finance Co. and keep it on my insurance because of liability as the purchaser. If you are considering using the services of this Co. please contact me first at [protected]@yahoo.com, please put A.L.L. in the subject line so I can determine spam.

We are here in the UK, we are opening a flower distribution company. In October we paid a Scottish broker £35, 000 to obtain a £350, 000 loan for us. He apparently took this request to a company in the US called Prospexx. We waited quite some time for contact, then we spoke with a Mr. Tom McKenzie, pleasant and helpful. He told us that because our first three businesses had ended in bankruptcy this new venture may take some time in raising the capital we needed. We waited well into the new year when out of the blue we were sent a copy of entry from a Buffalo NY newspaper:

Obituaries
February 23/10
Thomas McKenzie, 73 passed away in his sleep peacefully after a long battle with Malattia Venerea, in the Beth Israel Hospital last evening. He was surrounded by family, his six children and business partner Hymie Cohen. He will be interned in the Brothers of Scion Cemetery, at a private family service next Monday. Please in lieu of flowers make donations to the Malattia Venerea Society.

You cannot imagine how surprised I was to see this. Fortunately after speaking with his partner the next day, I discovered that the broker whom I first contacted in Scotland carried insurance for a situation like this which had occurred. Although it has taken 10 months, yesterday I received a cheque from the insurance company for the 50% of the fee that the broker kept. There was nothing available from Prospexx as it has ceased trading, with the death of the owner, but 50% being the brokers fee is better than what I stood to get. Unfortunately for me, I was told by the Canadian authorities after the fact, that there had been an investor to fulfill my request, but he had ceased trading with the demise of Mr. McKenzie. Be forewarned! Be very sure anyone you pay fees to carries life insurance coverage. They may do what this McKenzie character did to me. They may up and die on you. Be sure they are covered. Now you know.

I had heard that this old bugger had beaten any complaints by taking a ride in the Grim Reaper Taxi. Well at least he's gone. I went for drinks with him one night, and he paid, so I guess I got something out of him. I also heard that where he is now it's very hot, and he struck a deal by loaning the owner money to air condition the place.lol
