OMG. Do NOT use this site. Please save yourself a headache. If you want to use Plemix please do ONE thing... I purchased 2 digital cameras from plemix they took my money, sent me a confirmation e-mail that my order was being processed also sent by e-mail was the receipt for the purchase. Their next e-mail was to inform me that my order had been cancelled due to the fact their prices on the website were incorrect and therefore could not supply me with my goods. They then offered me to re-order with a discount coupon for $20 which I thought was an insult and then every time I complained I got an automated e-mail reply, which again I thought was an insult. My e-mail tally comes to 11 now and i am still... / They sold me a used phone


I bought a phone from and they sold me a used phone that was shipped from Hong Kong!! The phone had pictures and contacts from the previous owner. I even called the voicemail and it was already set up. When I contacted to return the phone, they told me I would have to pay for return shipping, and pay a restocking fee for the, "hassle of processing a refund".
