Pizza Hut Pizza Hut In Connersville Indiana

I ordered from Connersville Indiana Pizza Hut on February 24th at around 8pm. We had to wait a long time for our order which is ok that happens. They did not show us the pizza and when we got home one pizza was completely wrong and the other one did not taste right. I tried to call for 20 minutes then just drove back where I was told they would only replace the one pizza that was wrong and that they wouldn’t do anything about the other pizza. Keep in mind I waited 35 min for 2 pizzas then drove 10 min home called for 20 then drove another 10 min back to get it corrected only to be told they would only fix one. When by now the other one is ice cold. Then I requested a refund which they refused. They said only store credit but wouldn’t give me a card or a receipt showing I had store credit. All around it was a terrible experience.

Claimed loss: 2 pizzas and 1 hour of my time

Desired outcome: Refund. Or gift card to take to a different Pizza Hut location.

Pizza Hut Dine in option rudely denied

I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for over 20 years. I admit it has been a couple of years since I have been inside a Pizza Hut Restaurant.

Last Thursday my husband and I visited your location in Carlisle, PA. It was around 6:00-7:00pm when we decided we wanted to dine in and eat a deep-dish pizza. We walked in and saw there was an empty dining room. There were two female employees standing at the counter and a few carry out orders on the board. I asked if we could dine in. The girl at the counter looked confused and then asked her supervisor. I was rudely told "no".

I was flabbergasted.

We were really hungry for Pizza Hut Pizza and very disappointed. My husband suggested that we still order carry-out and eat it in their dining room. I said heck no, this company obviously does not care about our business, why would I spend my hard-earned money at this place? I also knew that the real reason we were denied dining in was because the employees did not want to buss the tables and clean up after us.

Claimed loss: You have lost me as a customer.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology. I would also like stores to clearly state on their front doors if dine-in option is available. Please save us the time and aggravation.

Pizza Hut Huntersville, North Carolina market Square location

We ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and mushrooms and a thin crust, meat lover pizza. It was order ahead. We waited and drove to the store. We also paid in advance over the phone. My husband went into the store and they were not able to locate our order. They told him to wait a little longer so he waited another 20 minutes went back in and the order was still not ready. When I went in, they all of a sudden found our order, which we ended up having three boxes instead of just our two, which I knew was already incorrect. But at that point we were hungry and we had been waiting now. Almost an hour for our food that we ordered ahead. Not only was our food incorrect, but it was cold, and not what we ordered. I am extremely dissatisfied with this locations customer service, the fact that they really were not concerned about our order as well as the dough on the pizza, which was incorrect anyway is still not fully cooked. I would like a full refund for my order, and I am questioning whether or not I will even go back to that Pizza Hut again. I have not had issues in the past. I don’t know if you have new management. But something needs to be done because in our area this establishment will not last with this customer service anyway.

Pizza Hut Pizza Hut Temple Texas

I am tired of being left alone in the store while Trinnity and Victor leave for extended periods of time to get high. They used to get high outside the back door and the whole store would smell like pot now they just get in the car and leave. To make things even worse Trinity spends half her night with her boyfriend in the store and I feel like I am the only one working. I don't want to say who I am because I am afraid I will loose my job for reporting this. This is about the store in Temple Texas

Pizza Hut Delivery

Complaint #1- Delivery Driver couldn't find home entrance, called me from alley. (Intructions for driver on Receipt Picture below.)

Complaint #2- My order included 1 Meat Lover's Melt 😋, instead I received a Vegetarian Melt 🤮 which isn't an option in their menu for this location so I'm a bit confused.

$7 Lover's Menu should be renamed to the $9 or less Menu...

Pizza Hut Pizza Hut Louisville Ohio

Last night at about 9:12 pm I placed an order on the phone to be delivered to my address. The total order was $75.85. I was told my order would arrive within 30 minutes. My debit card was charged and I never received my order. If they were understaffed or not able to make the order, I should have been told that and my money sure the hell shouldn't have been taken from my account. I need something done about this.

Pizza Hut All screwed up

S0 last night Dec 30 in Jacksonville fl 103rd st about midnight...

We spent 60$, pizza was missing slices as well as cheese sludge all across the box and we were missing breadsticks and soda. It was too late to call last night so this morning.. about 11amish I started trying to call to correct this. It's now 34 calls later 909 pm and I'm on hold again. Where nobody will come to the phone again and. No resolution.. I'm extremely upset and I am not happy. At all. Poor customer service poor way of handling the situation and to just keep pushing me off is extremely childish and unprofessional.

Pizza Hut The manager of Dexter Mo Pizza Hut

So we ordered some wings and a chicken garden salad tonight which is the 10th of December. I put my salad in the fridge because I had to do some running and I come home got situated for dinner and sat down to the wrong kind of salad and I called up to the store. The manager right away started yelling at me telling me she will not be making another salad to send out because they have 5 minutes before they close and asked me why I'm just now sitting down for dinner anyways. I told her I had to do some running. She told me I can just have a credit and started telling at me telling me she will need to talk to my son who ordered it off of his phone. I handed the phone to his girlfriend and the manager told her that we shouldn't be in such a rush to even order anyways and it's not her fault and we shouldn't have ordered from there if we just want to call and complain about the food nor being right. She screamed and said she doesn't have time for this [censored] and hung up on all 5 of us. She was on speaker the whole time and was absolutely awful to us and we were trying to calm her down but we was screamed at even more. The same one who sent a raw pizza to my home telling me to cook it myself because I made an order at 8:31 pm a few months ago. She is absolutely awful to us.

Pizza Hut Pizza hut

Last night after work I went to pizza hut on 9541 e truman rd independence mo phone [protected] I was ticket #54 date 12/05/2023 invoice #25 order was at 5:57 pm waited 45minitues. Was told it would only take 15 mins when I got it it was the wrong pizza ordered meat lovers and got a supreme and order of wings that was to be naked sauce on the side that was not right they offered to redue it but I told them I wasn't going to wait another 45mins they gave me a 10 credit on my next order but I will never ever go there again. I spent 31.25 for nothing the pizza was overcooked. I just want my money back. The most nastiest pizza I have ever eaten. It was very unorganized and nobody new what they were doing. Manager was a witch with a captial b. I am a senior cit and it was ridicules

Pizza Hut Pizza box

We get Pizza Hut quite a bit 4 days ago that we received was freezing cold and not made the way that we like it or ask for it. When I called the location to let them know how disappointed I was they hung up on me and I couldn't reach anybody after that. Not only was a pizza cold the pizza head here in it and I was disgusted and threw it out. I have attached a receipt of the items that we ordered and I'm hoping that Pizza Hut can make up for this mistake if things can be resolved we will continue to get Pizza Hut regularly like we do

Pizza Hut pizza hut on caton st in new orleans la

I was sent a coupon code for a free pizza because one I ordered a week ago was delivered cold. I cannot get the code to work online and an employee at the hut said he only takes orders and couldn't help me. I was on the phone ten minutes, hung up and tried again when the same employee said he was connecting me to corporate. Guess we won't be eating pizza tonight. My mane is Sheila [protected] Thank you

Pizza Hut Pizza not delivered but charged

I ordered pizza online to be delivered to my son. Got a text saying DoorDash was having problems finding address. I replied with specific directions, bldg and apt no. They delivered to someone other than my son. When I called pizza hut they told me I had to take it up with Door Dash. Door Dash never called me back. I ordered on PizzaHuts website apparently if they are short drivers they dibbi it to DoorDash. I asked for a refund and they refused. $35. worth of pizza and 10$ tip. This is ridiculous Pizza Hut should have honored this it is not my fault they sent to DoorDash. I regretfully will never order pizza from PizzaHut for fear this will happen again. Sad!

Pizza Hut Wrong toppings burnt order/burnt food/horrible customer service

Ordered two supreme pizzas and 2 bread sticks. Requested no onions at all on the supreme pizzas. They put onions on it and burnt the crust pretty dark dark brown. Called to complain and got put on hold then hung up on twice! Tried calling corporate. They told me three days two weeks and no resolution! Happened November 14th 2023 total amount was 27.39. I have the customer receipt. All I want is my refund since it's taken two weeks and today is November 26 2023

Pizza Hut Delivery order

I ordered pizza from location in Maurice La. Order/ticket #0037. Ticket entered by KONINGOC 035499on 11/07/2023 at 5:52PM. I paid with credit card. When delivery drove up with the order, he stated that I needed to pay cash because my card was declined. I had a family waiting on dinner and no cash to give him. I'm upset that there was no call placed to inform me of the credit card issue. My whole family went to bed hungry because he refused to call or do anything about my order. My name is Brenda Domingue and my phone number for the order is [protected]. I would like a callback and my order replaced. This was unacceptable service from this location.

Pizza Hut Meat Lovers Pizza

I ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza at the Port Allen location Thursday night after work. When I received my pizza I looked into my box and notice my pizza looked like a three topping pizza. Pizza Hut Not receiving what I paid for: wings with sauce

On Sunday, October 29, 2023, at 1:01pm, I bought wings and blue cheese sauce. I even paid extra for the blue cheese sauce. My order came with no sauce. The whole point of ordering wings and blue cheese was to eat the combo of wings+sauce. I don't enjoy just the wings. I called the store, they offered 14 cents store credit!

There is no point to eat wings with no sauce. I tried to resolve it amicably, but Pizza Hut failed to respond to my requests.

Desired outcome: I want to have another order just like the one I paid for and received incomplete.
