Defective bird
we were first sold an african grey that he said was sweet as sugar. the bird attacked my daughter and myself after calling him he said oh yea the bird was bonded only to him and did not like females.the he changed it for an eclectus parrot. told us the bird is 4 months the bird is way older. The wings are so hacked up the bird falls and cannot fly. he said the female in the cage chewed his wings off and the bird will probably never fly. he refused to give us our money back.very deceptive business and i am out alot of money.
LIED ABOUT SEX OF BIRDS
SERGIO MARTINEZ SOLD ME BIRDS (PARROTS THAT HE OBTAINED FROM A BIRD AUCTION THAT WERE ILLRGALLY IMPORTED NAD NOT BANDED. HE PROMISED ME THEY WOULD HAVE 3 CLUTCHES A YEAR, ITS 3 YEARS LATER THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE 1 CLUTCH ! I HAD THEM DNA'd AND I FOUND OUT HE SOLD ME 4 SETS OF MACAWS THAT WERE 2 MALES, THEN I CALLED HIM WITH THE PROOF AND HE CURSED ME OUT AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY, HE USED FOUL LANGUAGE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE, PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF SERGIO MARTINEZ HE GOES UNDER PARROTS R US / PARROTSRUS/ OR http://petmacaw.com/ MICHEAL TINELLO FLORIDA
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
he sold us an african grey that was bonded only to him and attcked my daughter and myself then changed it for an eclectus that he lied about the birds age.the birds wings are mutalated he does not fly only falls and he said the female in the cage chewed them off and he said the bird will probably never fly.he will not give us our hard earned money back.now every time the bird falls i am hoping he is okay.if the female chewed his wings off why was he not taken out of the cage ! very sad
If i ever sold you a bird show me receipt or proof of purchase ?
