FALSE PROMISES
WE OWN A TIME SHARE AT ORANGE LAKE IN ORLANDO AT OUR LAST STAY WE WERE INFORMED THAT WE NEEDED TO ATTEND AN OWNER UPDATE MEETING WHICH WAS NOTHING BUT A HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH AFTER LISTENING TO SALES PITCH AND ALL THE ADVANTAGES SUCH AS POINTS WILL NEVER EXPIRE AND ALL WE NEEDED WAS 78, 00 MORE TO BE A VIP MEMBER WHICH WAS A CROCK WE BOUGHT A TIMESHARE TO INCREASE OUR POINT VALUE AND JOIN THE HOLIDAY INN VACATION CLUB AFTER PURCHASING IT WE FOUND THAT WE WERE LIED TO WITH A LOT OF MISS LEADING STATEMENTS AND FALSE PROMISES SUCH AS WE CAN RENT IT AMD MAKE MONEY THIS WAS A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND THE VALUE WOULD APPRECIATE I COULD USE IT AS A TAX WRITE OFF AND THE LIST GOES ON I HAVE CONTACTED ORANGE LAKE AND REQUESTED THEM TO EITHER HONOR THE PROMISES THEY MADE OR HAVE MY CONTRACT AND MORTGAGE NULLIFIED I HAVE SENT THEM A CERTIFIED LETTER REQUESTING THIS I AM NOW BEING HARASSED EVERY DAY BECAUSE I HAVE REFUSED TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS.
Warranty deed
We are $2500.00 delinquent on our fully paid timeshare with Orange Lake, we have been trying to unload this time share for a year or two but no luck. Now orange lake is telling us either make payment arrangements of $575.00 a month or complete the warranty deed sent to us and they will take the fully paid time share and we wont owe anything and wont get compensated or money back.
