Oracle poor service from eureka forbes

I have taken the AMC from par aqua services, ameerpet, hyderabad ( deals with services of eureka forbes) and paid 6000 rs for two years.Since 2 weeks my purifier is not working properly and I have lodged complaint last week but till now no action is taken .The intensity to provide the service to customers is not as same when they are selling the products.I am really vexed with the service and suffering a lot due to the attitude of service centre of eureka forbes.
