Optionbit Unfair Play

My name Dang from Vietnam, I am a 4 days experienced person with OptionBit and I was quite sucesse in the OptionBit Currencies investment until this noon, the following problem happend:
Rate on OptionBit website automatically changing to make advantages for OptionBit when I invest in the Currencies:
- If I sellect CALL then they Increase the Rate
- If I select PUT then they decrease the Rate
Luckily I've just start with the OptionBit and it's not too late to recognize how it's playing.

"- If I sellect CALL then they Increase the Rate
- If I select PUT then they decrease the Rate"
The EXACT same thing happened to me. Just to check this, I created a different account, and everything was fine there. They only did this to my account because I was starting to make profits. They are definitely scammers.

Review – OPTIONBIT scam. They modify their rate to fit trend at their advantage (Probably) Some observations: - Rate is over bid and ask price and much different than other brokers (which are quite (bid+ask)/2 (as they all say that’s their rate) - They switch back to the correct rate ( (bid+ask)/2 ) when an option “Time to invest” is over and the...

Optionbit trading platform flawed system

I am Praveen from Singapore and would like to bring into notice of Currency Trader community about the flaw in the trading platform of OptionBit System and you can see the same with the attached files.. How their system makes customer position lose and is in opposite to what the system shows from reputated systems like igmarket, fxstreet, Finviz..

Please check how a winning position was made to lose( sharp spikes generated) ..closing price at 5:30 was 1.0996 and optionbit system manipulated to show this as 1.1006..thats a 10 Pips difference... I have sent the mails to OptionBit Account Manager.. Awaiting his response... Shall keep the bigger currency trading community updated with their action..

I HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH OPTIONBIT. SCREEN CHART AND RETURN SHOWS YOU GAINING ( MAKING MONEY ) AND WHEN YOU LOOK AT "YOUR TRADES" SECTION IMMEDIATELY, IT SHOWS YOU LOST YOUR MONEY

I CALLED THEM TO ASK AND THEY SAY THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT AND NOTHING HAPPENS

hello everybody, i just had a taste of this scam today, i invested 200$ and after 24hours i was at 850$, out of the blue i started to notice that when i was clicking on a huge spike they were giving me another price, sometimes a difference of o.oo10 but just enough to start losing, after losing that 850$ i looked into their closing price vs forex closing price and i would say 1 third of my lost was legit and the other 2 third i was winning with the forex price? so after doing the math of those wins plus the payout of 81% i should have 1061$ in my account, so basically they change the prices when you click and they change the prices when the option close so you lose and they keep your money plus the payout ...

Hi, people out there trading with optionbit have to watch out, they cheat you by the way they adjust the price when you START TO CLICK CALL OR PUT. If you want to test it - just do like I say, OK. LOOK AT the price then click CALL or PUT IMMEDIATELY, then you will see the DIFFERENCE. Click CALL or PUT then click X (cancel ), you will notice the price is different.

I'll fill a complain for that topic especially, but here are a part of my explanation of what OptionBit scam their client.
----
So true. Several times, the rate indicated in the next expiry at the expiry of the current one is way different. (Like in one of your picture)
Plus, other times, the Rate OptionBit is offering is far from being the (bid+ask)/2 their Terms spoke about. My charting software and many other Binary Options broker I looked to verify the scam displays an acceptable rate which correspond to the market and how OptionBit seems to scam their client is by offering a rate according to the trend at their advantage.
So, if the asset trended up and reached a resistance, they will offer a lower rate than what it is in reality, that being at their advantage because you can not really PUT on a much lower rate and win if the market move slowly down. During it started to trend up and when it did it, the offer a higher rate, so if you buy a CALL option, it would already be Out of the Money except if the market continue its up move.

My scenaritic mind is making the scam like that: they buy the option you buy at a much lower scammed rate in the market at the real rate and if you got Out of the Money in between the difference they scammed you when you bought it, your In Reality In the Money option return goes in their pocket along with your investment...

ie. EURUSD trended up and reached a real market rate (bid+ask)/2 of 1.4453 which is a main resistance. That said, you plan to buy a PUT Option as mostly the asset value will go down and won't break the resistance.
What OptionBit does is some time before reaching the resistance, they swap the price and sell you the EURUSD 0.001 lower than what the real price is.

- So the 100$ PUT bought at 1.4453 became 1.4443 which is far lower if the asset value decide to test resistance by doing small channel ranging 1.4453-1.444 before going down.

- The Option expired at 1.4450, you are Out of the Money in OptionBit's system but In the Money in the real market. So you loose all your investment in OptionBit's pocket (100$) because they in fact bought your PUT option at 1.4453. So being In the Money, they also put in between 75%-81% of your investment in their pocket (75$-61$).

Optionbit Withdrawl problem

This company might let you win a little bit more than others but when it comes down to getting your money back, it will be a pain. These guys will stop communicating. They always have sn excuse. Its about to be a month and i have not recieved my money back from them. Beware traders. Please do not waste time trading with this broker as when it comes to getting your money back they will litterally make you cry.Michael is the worst account manager. If he calls you than you will never get your money back. He is the one who always answer the chat but they change their names according to the situation of the customer. They would only let you talk to him if your matter is casual otherwise he will be out of office for the day. If i can havd them arrested i will do it right now as they are thieves online.

I have invested about $27000 and was promised to increase my finances. All was well until a 6 weeks ago, I was unable to log into my account. Tried contacting the broker with no avail, used their customer support still nothing. Emails sent to broker with no response. I done a claim under visa chargeback but it didn’t work for me, I was disappointed and in debt for a while until I came across binaryoptionassetrecovery (, com. I was lucky to find this company who helped me. Feel free to make inquiries with them regarding your issues, its free!

well first they keep calling you and said will give you bonus of 50%
but later on i discovered you need to do trading amount 15 times of that bonusess before you could withdraw your money, and i just realized after i trade over 20 times of the bonuses that we could only withdraw our own money but not the bonusess, so it just borrowed for you. i deposit usd 1000 so i get usd 1500 plus bonus. after i traded amount more than usd$10000, i lost and my balanced only usd usd 1000. so i figured im gonna take back my money and they said that the bonus of usd 500 cannot be withdraw so i only withdraw usd 500. so my account was deducted and only usd 500 left which i supposed the bonusess.
and the their support email me and tell me that i only make a request of withdrawal of usd 0, so i asked them again, but they said i dont had enough money to withdraw. after talk via chat they told me now i dont had any bonuses so i could withdraw my money. but the problem is my usd 500 which is deducted is gone and they take it as my money.
they really get in my nerves on how hard it to get the money back and they seems to set trap for people to deposit more but hard to withdraw. so f*** option bit.

I am not staff, I trade in Ireland and I have traded for years, . I am very serious when I say that Optionbit platform is the genuine thing. If you are having teething problems with getting your returns just stay with them and stay cool as they are going nowhere. I noticed when I read some complaints that one person said they make you loose money if you make a withdrawal. Please STOP TRADING as you are not aware that you trade your own money and must do your own research in order to trade, at most you should only confirm when your thoughts are with an annalist before you trade. Trading is a discipline that is not for everyone. If you want to trade take a cource and start slowly. Optionbit is user friendly (very) and I make money with them. SIMPLE! All you who are having problems read this twice and slowly.
Mick..

I got very scared after I read all the comments. But now, I'm relieved because I got my deposit as well as my profits back. Optionbit still did not fix the problem I was having (see my earlier comment), so I would still stay away from trading with Optionbit. Once they target your account, its gets near impossible to win trades. Luckily, could withdraw all my profits successfully, but I won't be trading with them anymore. I don't know why so many people complained about not getting their money. I got the money in exactly 8 business days. I would say that its safe to trade with Optionbit, UNTIL they target your account. Once you see that your account has been targeted, withdraw all your money.

Hi,
I have been trading with Optionbit. I was confident in my abilities and I did not take any bonuses. I know that this leads to a commitment to do a large volume of trading. That's how all these companies, not only Optiotbit. I agree that if you trade successfully, you may receive additional spreads. But it's not so so bad, because can be considered when making decisions. The most terrible thing in our business - cheating withdrawal. So I would say about the withdrawal. When I got the profit, I withdrew my money in 2 days. After a while I needed the money and I decided to take away all my money. Guys, I have not had any problems with the withdrawal! Moreover, when my bank did not give my money, I turned to support. They sent a copy of the receipt of the transfer and helped me take the money from the bank. Each has its own experience. But if you say that Optionbit does not withdraw your money - I do not believe you. I took my money back and profit from my trades too.
Emir.

When I started making a decent profit, they started changing my strike values. I created a different account just to check, and it was normal on that account. It's so obvious now that Optionbit is a big scam. I'm trying to withdraw all my money now. So has anyone been able to withdraw their profits successfully? I'm a bit afraid that they will never give me my money back.
