Nutralife nutralife diet

Don't know how we got these 2 items. The Indian service rep had such a strong accent that my wife and I could only understand about half or less of what he was saying. Told him we don't know how we got the stuff, that the UPS bags are unopened, and we want to return for a full refund. He tried to get us to keep the mystery items for 50% of the original $79 each.
The best I could do and understand was, return the items unopened for a refund, less $10 handling fee (probably on each!).
Nothing against the guy I spoke to, but I need to speak to people with no or less accent whom I can understand.
Secondly, some years back we got something from this company, but we had initiated the purchase. However, discontinuing was a hassle back then, too.

Nutralife True Plus Garcinia

I ordered a once-off promotion of True Plus Garcinia Order Number: [protected] on the 22nd of December 2015. Due to the exchange rate, the charge far exceeded the amount I had budgeted for. Now, three months later I receive another bottle of True Plus Garcinia and my credit card has been debited again for an extreme amount. I would like to Cancel any further unauthorised delivers by the above company immediately and no longer wish to receive these products. My E- Mail address is [protected]@telkomsa.net. Could you please cancelled this order. My account was debited again 16 March by Nutralifecusthelp.com and no order was placed by me nor was an email delivery /shipping notification was sent. The copy of the email below is the only informatiom I have:
