No No by Radiancy doesn't work

It does not work . I've been using this 3 times a week for almost 90 days now on my face. Instead of my hair getting finer and less of it, I'm getting more and now some of my hairs are black and tougher, almost like whiskers. Never had them before and the first two ingredients of the moisturizing cream that came with it is water and alcohol which dries your skin out and the no no makes my skin dry

No No by Radiancy Return practices

I called after trying NO NO for a month. I told the guy that I did not like the product and wanted to return it. He told me other ways that I could use it. I told him that it was cutting my chin and I just wanted to return it. He told me that he had to email me a return label and gave me a return # that I had to include. He also told me that they would not charge me my third payment, since I called & informed them that I was returning it.

He never did send me the return label that I needed, so a week later I called and asked for the address, so that I did not have to wait on them. Again the person I spoke to said that he would send me that and told me to look in my spam folder for the first one. I did and it was not there. He also told me, (AGAIN), that, "since you have already called and said that you are definitely returning the NO NO, you will not be charged the third payment.".

Well guess what? I did return it, but since they have "not received it in the warehouse", they cannot reimburse me and they DID take out the third payment. I explained what I was told on two different occasions, by two different reps and all the rep I spoke to today can say is "I'm sorry.". There is no such thing as customer service anymore. I am never ordering anything that I don't already know I like anymore. They always screw you over.

First of all I would like to make it clear that I was not ordering a NoNo devise for myself but for a friend who wanted to give this item to his wife for Christmas.I placed the order for the NoNo from the website, which asked for 2 selections of color choices. I chose snowflake and red as my choices. On 12/10/2013 I received an e-mail from NoNo stating that my order was on backorder. No time frame was given to indicate when this item would be shipped, so I called my friend up to inform him of this delay, he decided that I should cancel the order, which I did by e-mail on 12/12/2013. On 12/16/2013 I found out through e-mail that NoNo had sent the order even though I has previously cancelled the order. I called and was informed that it was too late to stop the order as it had been sent out that morning. I asked for a return label but was informed that I would have to receive the item first before they would send the label. Once I received the order I immediately sent it back using a return label RMA R1904034. Tracking the order through UPS I know that it was delivered to NoNo on 01/27/2014 at 10:42am and that it was signed by Lamar. On 02/10/2014 I received a email from NoNo customer service informing me that the NoNo that I sent was not the correct color, I returned a red NoNo that was sent to me, since Red was my second color choice I figure that is why it was sent to me to start with. I spoke with Joey#69712, who is with customer service, to check on the status of my return and was informed that his supervisor would review this issue. I called back on 02/19/2014 and spoke to Jordan to check on the status of my return, which has still not been issued. I feel that NoNo is giving me the run around and is not fulfilling their return policy. I would not recommend ordering any product from this company as they do not follow through with their return policy, instead they leave their customers with a Very Bad impression and many feelings of frustration. All I want is for NoNo to fulfill its return policy and give me my money back, I'm not asking for the triple return guarantee, I just want my $284.80 back for the item that I returned unopened and unused. I also returned product because it cut my chin. It was very small cuts, but painful when using cleaner products on your face.

It cuts my chin also. I tried to put it on low setting but it creeps up to high setting by itself

No No by Radiancy nono hair removal system

NONO IS NOT WORTH IT!
The product doesn’t work as well as advertised – I used it for the 60 days trial, 3 times a week; it takes forever to burn the hair, takes me over 2 hours to do both legs and bikini area. And even using the buffer afterwards there would still remain stubs, a lot of them. But my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is because I had problems when I bought the Thermicon refills. After about 30 days of using the no!no! 8800 I needed new Thermicons, so I bought the refill kit on-line, and my card was charged TWICE for it!
Since January 11th I’ve been trying to get my money back for the double charge. Have called the customer service SEVERAL times and their customer service representatives keep telling me that in their system one of the debts has been voided, but in my account is still appearing both debts. I sent faxes of my bank account statement showing both debts, and even a letter from the bank saying that they did not received any money to be credited in my account related to those debts. The last fax and e-mail I sent to Radiancy was over a week ago and they didn`t get back to me at all, they never do... I call them again today, but the answer was the same lame one “In our system it appears as voided”. Apparently I will not receive my $38.95 back – it is not a lot of money, but it is my money, and I wish this company would have a little respect for their customers. I returned the no!no! and the refills because I didn’t wanna have this kind of trouble every time I had to by new Thermicons, it is not worth it! I did receive the refund for the returned products, but not for the double charge. This company does not respect its clients! When I call complaining about the double charge the operators usually treat me as I was making it up – seriously!? For 38 bucks! I have more things to do than try to extort 38 bucks. I only want what is mine!
So, I DO NOT recommend anyone to purchase any product from this company - you may be double charged and NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I just ordered the No No Hair Removal System yesterday. While placing the order, I was asked if I want to upgrade to the Chrome No No for an xtra $30. After clicking NO... a big ERROR screen popped up. So of course I believed the order never went through. But I waited for a lil bit to see if maybe it did, I also checked my email for a confirmation... there was NOTHING in my email. So then i decided to try placing the order again. It went though, and I recieved a confirmation. right after. PROBLEM: I checked my bank account today, it says I have 2 sales pending... I also recieved a emal from Radiancy saying my order was placed on hold to prevent double ordering & to call customer service. so I called the 1-888 number. They guy at customer service "says " he cancled the order for the red no no. (which is the ne I want!) instead he is sending my the chrome no no, which is an xtra $30! So now Im getting the wrong no no and being charged xtra $30 for it! The guy said when I get the order to just return it, than place order for the one I want! REALLY!?!?! So not only am I being charged xtra for something I dont want, I have to pay MORE MONEY to return it? So I then ask to speak to a supervisor... WHAT A JOKE! The guy seriously told me, " there is no supervisor" This is insane! I refuse to do any future business with this company! I will be returning the no no as soon as it gets here... and I will be informing my friends ( who planned on ordering the no no) of this situtation! it would all be okay had they just fixed the situation... I would have remained a customer. But since they refused to, they lost me as a customer, and any orders from my 5 friends!

I got this, after no confirmation and in fact getting an error message at check out, so I went away and thought no more of it. I tried. And tried. And tried. For several hours across several days (more than a week then again after a little more time) and not one single hair from any part of my body was removed. Literally not one. I emailed nono after 45 days through the webform AND to the direct email address and nothing. I emailed again after 7 days without response and of course now it has hit 60 so there is nothing that can be done. Luckily for me the section 75 consumer credit act of 1974 should protect me somewhat. Never again will I believe ANY infomercial, no matter what celeb is endorsing it.

No No by Radiancy Rip off

I ordered one of these and had buyers remorse. Called the company back 30 minutes later and was told I could not cancel the order. When the box arrived, I refused it with the carrier. No the company claims they never received it back.
Now I am being charged $280+ dollars for nothing! Even their proof of delivery says UPS and USPS delivery. They are horrible to deal with. Shaving is much cheaper!

I have been charged 3 times for my order...3 months in a row. I ordered this 9/21/14 and was charged $118.26 on 9/22/14. That should have been all. But I was charged $103.31 again on 10/28/14 and yet again on 11/26/14 for $103.33. I contacted them and asked them to reverse the last charge which was 10/28/14 and they did not -- instead they charged me again this month. I would like to report this scam.

I've never bought NoNo for one reason. Both of the pictures they show for after using the product are the same -- the one for right after, and then however many weeks later. When one notices such a thing, why trust the company to have a quality product? No company with a worthwhile product pulls a stunt like that.

I purchased the NoNo online and was under the impression it was $104 (special for Sirius customers). Just like above - I was then charged each month another $89.00. It is not worth $300. and now it is past 60 days and I cannot return it. Don't waste your money or time.

I bought the No-no and I'm a patient person. I still use it twice a week and the hair is still coming back but I'll continue. My problem is that last month I noticed I was charged another $89 for the No-no. There was not a full phone number to call so I just hoped it wouldn't happen again. It did! Another $89 withdrawn from my account. I'm so angry that I'm having a hard time typing this note. WHEN is this going to stop?! How can I get this money back?! Candy

I bought on march 5th a no no hair at the no-no.com received the receipt with my number order. I was charged and until this moments i haven t received the no no neither the track number, nor the reply of the several emails that i have being send asking for information. And now?
