Nike 317682-102 durasport smu golf shoe

my husband has these golf shoes that we have stored in the box in the closet. He has worn them twice this year to golf. They are hardly even showing any wear however the bottoms are coming off. This is very disturbing since these are nikes and should last. My husband puts them on when he gets there and takes them off prior to leaving. I am hoping that we can get these replaced with either the same shoe or something compareable since he has had them over a year or so. We bought these shoes brand new and do not have the receipt so I am not able to take back to store.

We purchase alot of nike products since we have three girls that play basketball for school and travel ball. I would appreciate a response to this matter since we are loyal customers.

Nike Nike air max

Yes I purchesed a pair of your air max over the the summer and only basically ware them on occasion as just out and about so it was ligure wer and over time I began to notice that the logos on both shoes stharted to detac themselves from the shoe as if the were glued on insteade of imbedded in as one would think especally them being air max and all and over time I also noticed that it seems to me that they were pourly put togather to the point that I have to not be the frist person to complain about this style and shoe model number ct1281-001 ufc00194493826367

Nike - Return of defective Nike tech jacket

Nike Nike Air Sneakers

I purchased 2 pair of these sneakers for my husband in September 2023. They both squeak with every step and it is truly annoying to all! In addition to the squeaking, they smell like cat urine. This is truly unacceptable. He has finally found a sneaker that fits him well and he loves them but cannot handle the issues. We have tried the baby powder, the WD-40 and read countless google reviews and solutions; all to no avail.

Nike Nike air monarch

I have been purchasing these shoes for some time (10 + yrs) - the last two pair squeak loudly. Just bought another pair - immediately out of the box they squeak. The other issue I have with these shoes is that they split at the seam where the upper half joins with the soles. My fix:

1. Gorilla Glue and I are great fans (need to buy their stock). I run a clear bead of glue along the seam - so far so good.

2. Bought my first pair of Saucony Walker 3 - love it.

Highly recommend.

Now Nike - yes I am a old fart but this old fart buys the grand kids shoes. If they want Nike's they better have their own $ - you want shoes from me - no Nikes. Guess what they chose. NIKE spend so money on your Quality Control.

Nike Nike consumer services / feedback - branislav - order number - c01233850511

We had to go through a lot of stress and discomfort speaking to customer service over the phone/chat trying to explain what happened. So I would like to have compensation because it's not at all acceptable we had to go through all this stress for no reason at all as it wasn't our fault and even my daughter couldn't get her birthday gift on time because NIKE messed it up and now we have to look for something else with no much time left.

Nike Jordan skull cap

I bought a Jordan skull cap and after a week a wearing it, the symbol just fell off. Even though Nike says that they have 60 day return policy , they had returned the defective item back to me. I am super disappointed after I have spent over $10,000 with Nike over the past 10 years and have been buying Nike item since I was a child. And your customer service on the phone was awful. So they have lost my business over $22 item..

Nike My order was empty and the shoes were not there

I ordered some Airforces but when it arrived I saw it was left infront of my door and the dpd driver took a photo and just left. I picked up the box and I saw at the bottom the box was damaged and it was also empty like someone opened it. I contacted Nike and they said they are investigating and still haven’t given me a refund. This is my first time experiencing unacceptable service like this.It has upset me and my family since it was a gift for my birthday.

Desired outcome: I would like to have a full refund on my order and also a gift card for all the trouble.

Dpd driver left my order infront of my house and then when I open the door they take a photo and leave.After that I pick up the box and it is damaged at the bottom like it was hidden because it was facing the ground. I picked up the box took it to my room immediately opened it and saw nothing. It was completely empty and I am very upset about this as it is my first time experiencing it also this was a birthday gift from my family. I have another video but it won’t let me add it because too much space.

Nike Sneaker

Good morning,

I am writing about the NIKE M Air Zoom Pre ([protected]). I purchased them as a gift on 4/8/23- at that time they were the new sneaker. They are NOT worn every day; but in the last 2-3 weeks there is a "squeak" to the right heel. I think and air bubble has somehow popped, and they cannot be worn. The person they were purchased for is on his feet for quite some time during the day, working with children, the kids laugh at him and think he is passing gas as it's that loud. They were an expensive shoe and SHOULD NOT have resulted in this. Past Nikes have never been a problem, so this is quite saddening, if NIKE is lowering their quality this much. Nike's have always been a family favorite, however with the result of this pair that could be shifting.

They were a men's size 9. We are actually throwing them out as not able to wear due to the noise. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected].

Nike The sole of the soccer cleat shoe came off

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the Nike Premier 2 FG cleats that I purchased in April/May 2021. These cleats failed to meet even the most basic expectations of quality and durability, and I believe some form of compensation is warranted for the poor performance of the product.

As an avid soccer player, I eagerly bought the Nike Premier 2 FG cleats in preparation for the 2021 Summer season here in Canada. Unfortunately, the outdoor soccer season was canceled due to the high number of Covid cases, and I had to wait until the 2022 Summer season to finally utilize the cleats.

To my dismay, the cleats fell apart during the second season of use, with the sole of one of the cleats detaching unexpectedly. This occurred after a mere 7 to 8 months of usage and no more than one and a half soccer seasons. The cleats were barely used for 100 matches, which is far from what I would expect from a reputable brand like Nike.

I understand that I cannot provide the original receipt for the purchase, but I believe the product's quality issue should not be ignored solely due to the lack of a receipt. As a loyal Nike customer, I have always trusted the brand for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Considering the circumstances, I am not seeking a full refund of the purchase price. Instead, I would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the premature failure of the Nike Premier 2 FG cleats. This compensation could be in the form of a partial refund, a credit towards a future purchase, or a voucher for Nike products.

I hope that you will understand my position and provide a fair resolution to this matter. As a customer, I have always valued the quality and reliability of Nike products, but this experience has left me disheartened. I believe that a gesture of goodwill on Nike's part would go a long way in restoring my faith in the brand.

I kindly request your prompt attention to this issue and hope to receive a satisfactory resolution soon. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Desired outcome: Not seeking a full refund, but seeking compensation for the premature failure of Nike Premier 2 FG cleats. Options: partial refund, credit for future purchases, or Nike product voucher.

Nike My customer service rep. Cancelled my limited edition shoes order without confirmation with me.

It is July 22, 2023. The new Air Jordan university blue shoes drop. I got in line online and I got the confirmation. I accidentally put the wrong address. I started the chat online with the customer service. Now keep in mind these shoes are limited edition so they are sold out. She canceled the order without confirming with me that this is the way to do it. Then she kept saying the same thing over and over about how I can repurchase the item. But they were sold out in minutes already. She ended the chat before I can even say what I wanted to say.

Desired outcome: I would like to get those shoes or a compensation for having the worst customer service. And being disrespectful.

Nike Advertising to women.

By choosing Dylan Mulvaney to represent, advertise for women's clothing you have said he's better. However it makes no sense for him to advertise clothes when his body is naturally different. With or without hormones the body structure is different and does not give us a good example of how it may look. Had you made a trans womans clothing line it would have been different. Especially if you were targeting that wanted to be presented a certain way.

Overall I've decided I don't want to buy from a business that pushes women aside for trends or to be liked by everyone.

Nike MaxAir Sneakers

Dear Nike,

I believe that you take quality control in consideration when it comes to design and manufacturing of your products including your heralded sneaker product line.

I am attaching photos of my rarely worn Nike sneakers (AirMax) that fell apart after wearing only for a few times. I purchased them (along with other Nike sneakers) at the Nike factory outlet in Maryland on the eastern shore in Queenstown.

I purchased them just a few years ago and put them in my climate-controlled closet for future use. Please see attached. It begs the question - Are you using marshmallows or silly putty as part of the manufacturing process?

If so, I will need to purchase other brands going forward. Very disappointed. Is it possible could you provide me with a replacement voucher to use at this same outlet.

Nike Nike Air Force 1s

Hi there,

I bought my son a pair of Nike Airforce 1’s from JD Highpoint on May 5th and the sole on one shoe has already split. He had these for 6 weeks and only wears them to school. I am so disappointed that a shoe that retails for $140 does not even last longer than 6 weeks. The quality of the sole seems super thin which is not what you would expect for a full leather shoe. We live directly behind his school so he isn’t travelling far on foot. As I mentioned before, these are his school shoes so he is not wearing them any other time. He has runners for school sports and outside of school. There is a bit of wear on the soles as expected after wearing them for 6 weeks. I did go back to the JD store at Highpoint Melbourne where I purchased them from explained that I know these have wear on the soles but for them to spilt after such a short time is disappointing. I did not expect them to replace them but wanted to see if they could be repaired. They were not helpful at all and kept repeating as they are worn they cannot send them back. I asked to speak with the Manager but she avoided speaking with me as the young girl that was assisting me told me she just went on break (at 10am)...?

I would appreciate your response on this as I’m not sure what to do to fix them and certainly cannot afford to spend another $140 to replace them just after a month of wear.

Nike Soles worn within a few months

Hi,

I purchased the Nike shoes on 14/04/2022 from Intersports, Arlon, Belgium and it's soles worn within a few months. When I see the thickness, it is very thin. I am attaching the invoice and photo which shows very poor quality.

I am using Nike shoes for the last 25 years but have not faced such an issue.

Nike Nike Air Monarch

My husband purchased a pair of Nike Air Monarchs about 2 years ago and has probably worn them 5 times if that. They squeak with every step he takes and it is embarrassing and everyone laughs at him, including me. We thought the squeak would go away but it has not. I am now to the point where is is annoying and my husband says so too. He went out and bought a different brand of shoe that doesn't squeak. Is there something we can do to get them fixed or replaced. They are too expensive to have just sit and not be worn.

Nike Ordered delivered in an empty box

All I have to say is the experience I had with Nike is the one I can't forget as I didn't expect this at all. My Daughter after going through all the options in the trainers, she finally made up her mind with the Air Jordan 1 Mid and she was so excited and kept reminding us that she can't wait for it to be delivered. The carrier company DPD finally delivered it on the 06/06/2023, initially we were really impressed with the turn around on the delivery as it was very quick as it was originally supposed to be delivered on the 08/06/2023. But the excitement didn't last long as the order was delivered we were bit surprised to find the box was delivered empty and straightaway we notified that with the DPD Driver (Samuel) that why is the box empty, and he was also surprised and he even witnessed the box was empty and suggested that we go back to Nike as the package wasn't even tampered and we had opened it in front of him, so he is aware of it. My daughter was really upset, and this was her Birthday gift she was looking forward and she couldn't have it on time. We were not sure what to do, called up Nike customer service which I have to say is very poor and not trained as they just got no patience to hear what the customer has to say and listen. Because we kept stressing at least do a proper investigation and not just internal, they should have raised a complaint against DPD to find out what exactly happened, But I know Nike won't do it because they actually messed up the whole thing and trying to cover up by declining our request for more than 3 times. Nike need to do a proper check how this happened and looks like there's someone who will do this again and bring blackmark to Nike. It would need to be stopped of sending empty box to customers.

I really wanted to buy the trainer for my daughter, so we popped into the Croydon Store to buy another paid as she really wanted it and we were going to spend again unnecessarily just because Nike messed it up. But the store manager was really understanding and I was really surprised when he said I totally understand what we have been through and asked me to go and bring the empty box and I will have refunded, I was shocked to hear that because none of the online customer chat and phone support were not able to do for us. So actually, we returned to a empty box back to Nike for a full refund. So that clearly shows Nike has messed it up otherwise why would they take a empty box back and pay us back.

We had to go through a lot of stress and discomfort speaking to customer service over the phone/chat trying to explain what happened. So I will be taking it further for compensation because it's not at all acceptable we had to go through all this stress for no reason at all as it wasn't our fault and even my daughter couldn't get her birthday gift on time because NIKE messed it up and now we have to look for something else with no much time left. All this could have been avoided. Don't you think?

Desired outcome: I would really want Nike to compensate for the stress we had to go through, i would expect a compensation of £250 because we had to go to a store in London and purchase another one as had to get it for my daughter to get on time.

Nike Employees using and selling drugs at Nike North America Logistics Campus

I am minister Eugene Wooden, as associate pastor of Greater Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 3077 Johnson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38112. I am also a part-time employee at the Amazon Plant directly across from this facility, On June 18, 2023 at approximately 12:55 a.m., a white Chevy Camaro with black insignia markings shifted out its lane on Watkins Street into my lane striking my auto which caused my front left tire to be wedged up aside the street curve. When I got of my auto to speak with vehicle's driver there were two persons occupying this vehicle. Shaqueta Warren identified herself as the driver and asked that I not call the police. She gave me a fake insurance company to contact about the accident, She also misspelled her name. When I left her auto then returned to get her phone number, I observed her and the other occupant in her auto passed which appeared by its distinct odor to be some form of cocaine or Meth Ice, I had to knock on the auto window for them to notice me. I then got her phone number and went back to my auto.

I had no intentions of addressing this complaint to Nike's management until my niece who also works with Ms. Warren and her boyfriend at the Nike's N.A.L. campus, told me that these two are actually selling cocaine, marijuana and fentanyl laced pills to other Nike's employees while at work and during their 7:00 p.m. break. For which it was also related to me that Warran's boyfriend is a gang member and other employees are afraid to report that he and Warren report to work under the influence and smokes cocaine during their break, This when the selling of passing out packets of the requested drugs occurs. Being a former Memphis Policeman myself and a minister, the selling of the powerful drug fentanyl really bothers me because these two persons are of color and the ones they are probably selling their drugs to are Black people as well. As a policeman I worked as an undercover cop to get drugs out of the black community. I would hope some corrective steps are taken to alleviate this problem before one of the Nike's employee die from using fentanyl as if it is not one of the most dangerous street drugs existing right now at large

Desired outcome: That an investigation be conducted to ensure these two people are not selling illegal drugs to their fellow workers on the Nike North American Logistics campus. The employees should be drug free and seek help to maintain their sobriety.
