Although, i didn't activate this service, it deducted my balance . Wt the hell is that . Plz, stop that directly activating such umwanted sevices and stop unwanted charges on customer . Seriously, plz don't charge too much money for normal call just to compel consumer to buy your voice call pack or whatever. It must be important for your company to understand some consumers just wants to use normal call.Before the voice call pack was introduced, we were charged just 2 or 3 Rs for a call less than one minute...but now just to buy a voice...
