Louis Neglia
Louis Neglia and his fake employee Ryan Platz and so called attorney Jared stole $6000.00 from me. They promised to help me keep my home. They told me my mortgage was going to be modified...first for 30 years, then for 5 years, then for 2. I called my mortgage company after I noiticed things seemed very wrong and my mortgage co. told me they were not working with Nationwide Consumer Solutions at all. Then I confronted the jerk Ryan Platz and he came up with the ### that I had to talk to Lou...well I asked Lou to have a confrence call with my mortgae company to sort this out and he said he would if he made the call...why would he make the call. I told him I wanted to dial the number for the confrence call and he went ballistic. I have so many emails back and forth from him...he was ignorant, arrogant and unprofessional. He down right stole my money and Jared Beschel...this fake ### attorney was no better. I do want to say this is not over and I will pursue this legally. I have already been in touch with Andrew Cuomo. Their phone number is not their number anymore, they shut the website down. They lied and it was a scam... I hope that ### Louis Neglia BURNS in hell and has a very painful death...I wish him no good...and to any woman who is with him...married...girlfriend mistress...whatever...shame on you for supporting a loser cause anything he buys he does not earn...he STEALS! Burn in hell Louis...you day will come you rotten piece of ###. BTW...I didn't lose my house you ###.
The 'modification company' that tried to help me no longer exists because they were a fraud. I didn't want him to contact the bank since the whole thing was a scam, they would have had someone act as if they were from my mortgage company. What would have the difference been if I contacted them with my bank or my attorney? They refused to talk to my attorney because it was all fake. Louis Neglia and all his affiliates are liars. Nationwide Consumer Solutions no longer exists. They shut their phones, cut their website...they disappeared to just move on to the next scam.
LOAN MOD SCAM
Lou Neglia is the so called "President" of this scam company, they are the same as the big company that just got investigated by Cuomo...This company collects even larger upfront fees than Amerimod and almost always never complete any service for the homeowner who is already facing losing there home and family
LOU NEGLIA was the main contact at this "company whos website made it look like an actual company, but the company has no other branchs, and now no other employees...but all those fees that were collected upfront and were promised in a "contract" that would be given back if a solution can not be obtained by there "legal staff" is 100% refundable
So needless to say if you do any investigation on this company you will see that they are the worst out there thats if he is not hiding underneath a rock somewhere...betteryet hopefully he is now losing his own home because people are starting to open there eyes to these scam companies all over long island

I totally agree! Nation Wide Consumer Solutions stole $5000 from me and my husband. We were lucky that we put the money on a credit card and that the credit card company finally reimbursed us the money.. I hope Louis Neglia burns in hell for what he does to people in need, what a scam artist. He was so rude to me everytime I called asking for an update on our account, then one day he was no longer there and the phones were disconnected.
This guy Louis Neglia created a little tiny Chop Shop that stole peoples money. Hardworking families that deserved to have the American Dream of owning a home. His employees were blind to what was going on. He said he had a Attorney named Jared Bechel or something that was "working on the files" that were in with the "bank...the only bank that was ever here was the Bank account of Lou Neglia and this attorny Jared...
If you drive by the space is empty and the phones disconnected etc...
This Louis Neglia should burn in HELL forever, and Karma will catch up to him and i hope it is painful

I think this guy complaining sounds like a 4 year old. "Burn in hell and have a slow painful death". The story also doesnt make much sense, why would you not want the company to get your bank on the phone themselves. They probably had a certain contact or negioater at the bank that they were dealing with. Go get a hobby instead of wishing death on people. I agree with the comment above, take some responsibility and get some therapy, haha..
The story that you posted above does not sound accurate in any way. It seems that the salesperson Ryan is the one that sold you a dream that the owner wasn't aware of. I had did my house modification with the above company and dealt with louis Neglia directly. He was great to deal with and delivered everything that he said he would. It seems that the problem we have now in our economy today is from the banks that loosened there guidelines and allowed people that couldn't afford a mortgage like yourself and myself get one. I don't understand why you seem so angry at the modification company that tried to help you. Did they put you in the mortgage that you couldn't afford? If not, than how are they to blame. Where is your responsibility as a homeowner or as an adult to realize you couldn't afford the mortgage when you bought the house! Try to take some responsibility for your own actions instead of blameing everyone else. Like I said nationwide mod company did a great job for me and the two other people I referred them. You seem like a very angry to be wishing death on someone, you should probably get some therapy and relax.
This guy Lou Neglia did not only lie to his "clients" he lied to his employees as well...he sold them all a dream and used them to get what he wanted and did not pay them...He is a scam artist piece of ###, he took advantage of people in need and indviduals looking to start a career
