Two days ago I added 10 euro to my account via bank transfer and yet my credits have not changed in my account profile. Should I expect this mistake to be corrected, or should I sue the "alleged cutomer service" company? I read all the previous complaints and having a few websites of my own which are rather popular I am ready to take the necessary measures to prevent future just-fraud-voip from happenning. There is a saying that there is no such thing as bad advertisement. Well, believe me, it's just a saying and i'm committed to prove it is very wrong.
My credit card has been charged $39.95 and $7.95 monthly since June 08 for a total of $287.40. I have called each month and cancelled my account rfequesting a refund. To date I have not received a refund and my account is charged every month. I talked to "Rita" today, whom I have talked to in the past - she has promised a return call from her supervisor. She also hung up on me. I want my full refund and my account cancelled.
