FAKE COURSE
I am very sorry for all students like me who have been cheated by professional liers which introduce themselves as MUST university staffs . All of constitution and information at the website of this university are fake and unrealistic and all people mmust contribute to take an awareness about these fraudulents to students for avoiding to waste their mony and time in this university. Having looked to all reliable website about this university, I understood that the MUST university is fake without any regular base as a real university.
Please wake up and do not waste your valuable time and mony for this derty framework titled "MUST university".
Wrong information on ID Card
My Must University Student ID card is showing wrong information. the information on the card needs to be rectified as follows:
- Student Phone to be changed from [protected] to +[protected]
- Student Email to be changed from [protected]@hotmail.com to hassan.jamal.[protected]@gmail.com

Am facing just the same drama with Must University and every time they say this is the last payment that makes me pay to end up the story but they will keep threat me with not releasing my documents and certificate if I did not pay for this and that and am still till today October 2014 since one year and half did not receive my documents as the are holding them for every time under a different categories of payment and it seems they are really miss me around and if I just calculate how much I have been paying it will be more than the reall cost and headech that they cause me if I just studied on my country am really fed up and don't know what to do how can I take my rights

I feel I wasted my hard earned money for this University and they just want your money
I enrolled with MUST University back in Mar/April 2010 to get a Masters Degree in Crime Scene Investigation. I learned throughout noticing numerous issues kept arising from this school that this University's credits are not transferrable and is not recognized by other schools nor for employment purposes. This will hinder me getting any type of employment due to this type of University except for waste of money.
I've filed complaint before with this University back on Aug 2010 having many issues of the school not keeping up to their word or following through what they said they will do. One of counselors, after I filed a complaint first time, had called me to someway alleviate this from pursuing action and stated they will for sure assist me but again, another lie. Overall, I am not happy with the services not given to me accurately then never receiving my Welcome Package as I found out it was sent to wrong address then they kept saying it will be corrected and sent to correct address, but never received it. Till this day, I don't ever get emails from them anymore nor even a response when I asked please respond to my emails. If I don't get half my college fees from them, I will still press further with other agencies against them.
This University doesn't promise or follow through many times, as told to me. I noticed comparing the classes online and studies that it is not far comparable to other Universities. Half the time when reading the test question, is so totally not readable and is misspelled. I don't see it to be useful for my job that I am pursuing as it hurting me in the long run. I will mentioned this to other agencies when I email/write/call them. This time, they won't stop me from going further. They lied too many times to me. I'm surprised this University had gotten away with legally getting their business online, then trying to reach out by advertising to the public their discounted rate, then a big discouragement comes into play. It's the biggest let down. I feel I wasted my hard earned money for this University and they just want your money! I’m demanding my refund from this college as they seem to be scamming me and others out there for their money. They don’t care but only themselves and they operate overseas, not out of California, like they say their office is located at.
Well this is my experience with MUST University: I become their student and agreed about the fees and I paid with American Express Card, few weeks later they called and asked for more money. I become suspicion about the whole establishment, thus start searching on web and it was clear to me that MUST University is a fraud institution. I asked American Express Card to request my money back from MUST University and represented my complain to AMX. AMX came back to me and said they can not find MUST University as a fraud establishment. Now that MUST University despaired from online and their web address and the phone numbers are out of drift showed that I was right and AMX were wrung and I got my money back from AMX. I hope my story can help others in the same positions.
